I tried contacting them, but they never returned my messages. Try calling them and you will find out that you will only get the answering machine. This is not a good way to do business, but a good way to waste people's time. I honestly could say that I am glad this happened. I don't wan to have a problem with something they build me and then find out that they would not answer their phone to come and repair their guarantied or warrantied work.

After being cut off multiple times on our brief conversation, he ended up hanging up on me mid-sentence, before I could explain the true location of the requested services. What a shame, missed out on potentially $1k-$1.5k worth of work. Being an experienced tradesperson is one thing and having common decency when speaking to potential customers is another, you need both. I am very happy he behaved like this BEFORE he was at my house doing work. Just like you have no time for your customers, I have no time for that behavior. M3 Restoration purchased material for the repair and has yet to provide any receipts despite multiple requests. M3 Restoration did a horrible plumbing repair resulting in additional damage which my mother had to hire a licensed plumber and HVAC professional to repair. M3 Restoration made 3 payment arrangements with my mother to return her money and then failed to honor it. They have even attempted to separate themselves from their own project supervisor to avoid payment. SAD! All of the work, invoices, and materials were purchased and approved by M3 Restoration. You also need to know, Dear Reader, that according to the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations, based on their license M3 Restoration should have NEVER accepted this repair job in the first place. The next day he came by and looked at our roof and the following Monday he had sent us three proposals that gave us options to just replace the roof and some suggested upgrade. I emailed Larry back and asked him to make a few changes and the next day he provided us with a contract for exactly what we wanted and we paid the deposit. We let him know that we would be on vacation the following week and wanted to proceed as soon as we got home. The Monday after we returned we received an email that his crew was on the way. Before we had even got home that evening the entire job was completed and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
