Petr and his team completed a ~400 sq ft basement finishing project in our come within about 2.5-3 days. From the moment we called to the time the work was completed, it was about 1 week start (quote sent and reviewed) to finish (work completed and paid). They sanded and perfected trim and recently replaced drywall, and primed and painted walls, ceiling, and trim. They were able to use the specific paint brand, quality and color that we selected without a significant price increase. We felt they offered a great value and we appreciated that they offered a discount for cash. Petr came in the beginning and at the end to ensure we were satisfied with the work quality. Sharing a few photos of completed work for a sense of interior quality, as many projects featured here are of exterior paint projects or in-progress projects. Angel gave one of the most competitive quotes of the several I gathered and was available within the timeframe I needed, his crew came a week earlier than he originally said which was even better. They did a pretty good job trying to protect everything from the dust drywall creates and the end result looks like the walls and ceiling were never tore up in the first place. One thing that they could have done better is cleaning up afterwards, there was some drywall plaster that was on my glass door and a few paint spots that probably transferred from a wet spot on their clothes while they were walking around removing the drop cloth and floor protectors. My patching ability isn't the best so I wanted to price out what it would cost to hire a professional. I ended up going with Gary. He was fair priced and did an outstanding job. Not only did he patch, repair and paint both ceilings but he also touched up the trim pieces around the ceiling and cleaned the light fixtures, so they looked like new with the fresh paint. I was also surprised that he provided the receipts on the supplies needed so I only paid exactly what they cost. I just assumed contract work makes a bit of profit on supplies, but this was not the case and the total estimate of the job including supplies was almost spot on. The final total was $10 more which was in the supply cost. He kept me well informed and cleaned up after himself. I felt that he treated my home with respect and now my ceilings look brand new and professionally done.
