Yesterday I did a review while getting my order, discount joint for a 1¢ or $1 for a review. I was at counter with review and order ringing up when power went out. Son in law and I waited until after owner came out and told us power was out until 7pm. We waited until after 5 and then left, came back this afternoon to pick up order and instead of paying the 1¢ or $1, I was charged full price minus 90¢ for the review joint. The Clear 2g are my jam and the 3g for 35 was very affordable, just recommend a nectar collector that has a water chamber to get the best high off it. Bud tender gave me to much change so I said she over charged me. She told me the first charge would be void and charged my card a second time. A manager calls me about a half hour later from his personal phone and explains that she double charged my card and they have no way of refunding it. They offered store credit and I said no. He spoke to the owner and they offered to refund it in cash but the problem is it's an hour away from me. I told them they could have someone bring me the cash or pay for my gas. The manager started yelling at me and said I was trying to extort him. No dude I'm saying why should I spend an extra $20 of my money to come get my money to at you overcharged me. The manager was extremely unprofessional and threatened to call the cops on me. They undercharge me and I say something because I know I received to much change. Then they proceed to double charge me me and their solution to the problem is for me to spend my own money and time to come back and fix the problem that they made. read more

I've been living in the area for several years now, and I can safely state that I have never been treated more poorly than I was today at my first visit to this business. I'm a regular at COLORADO WEEDERY, just down the road by the brewery and distillery, where I'm always greeted with friendliness and made to feel like a valued customer. At the Happy Camper, I was met with an eye roll, and quiet annoyed comments between employees that I was a walk-in and had not pre-ordered. Nobody was shopping but me, and there were no less than ten employees in that big hot room. Nobody had a clue what was going on. A bored-with-life girl finally and grudgingly agreed to help me, and she made me feel like a total annoyance. She would not tell me about their specials, saying I would have to "go to another line for those." I absolutely could not believe the level of annoyance leveled at me. She wanted me gone! Anyway, for me this place gets the first-place medal for worst run business in the valley. Congrats. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! YOU ARE NOT VALUED. Despite the excitement of the anticipated opening of Happy Camper, we found ourselves extremely disappointed with the selection and pricing. $99 ounces for only one strain on a first come first serve basis with only 16 available for the day. Lower discounts for Palisade residents than the Weedery. No numbering system so it is chaos in getting seen as they literally do not have any idea who is next. I gave them a try but I would recommend driving to Kind Castle in Parachute. They are price fixing in Palisade. Kind Castle will break the $99 out the door ounce into half ounces and their $140 ounces into eighths. Worth the short drive. read more

Scott got us rang up quickly and was very friendly. They were serving up free grilled hot dogs and sausages and had the cutest little weed leaf cookies! Very shady and dishonorable. I've had more than one problem with this dispensary, however here is my latest and my last. I as most do ordered online from my iPhone. That is what they ask us to do. I had read that there was a 40% discount on their colors products. So I loaded my cart up. I didn't see the discount applied so I called in confused I spoke with Jason. He said he was looking at my order right now and the 40% would be taken off at the counter. he told me to go ahead and head in for pick up. The price would be discounted 40% at the cashiers counter. He was also aware of the sale I was talking about because he and I spoke how they would be wonderful stocking stuffers for adults. So I headed to pick up my order. When I got there the discount was not applied. This obviously nearly doubled my bill. my cashier explained to me that the SALE didn't start for a few days. So she couldn't honor it. I explain to her I had called in and was guaranteed 40% off price I was seeing and the discount would be applied, and honored. I had received a guarantee from Jason on the phone. She never informed me the sale had not started yet. So I asked to speak with the manager. Haley informed me that even though I had called in to double check, and traveled solely for the sale. she would not be honoring this discount. I understand me missreading it was my mistake. That is why I called I was told the sale would be available to me that day by Jason period. if he had told me the sale didn't start for two days I would have waited two days to travel there. She did not care!! She let me know she would also NOT honor what Jason told me. Apparently she is not responsible for what her employees guarantee.
