Went by to buy a drip tip on a Sunday morning. The sign said "OPEN" and the door was unlocked. So I went in. Found the attendant sleeping on the couch at the rear of the store. Had to awaken him to get any help. When I told him what I wanted, a rotatable drip tip, he must not have been listening. He showed me everything but. Fnally after I again told him "rotatable" he walked to the front case and pick a bowl of them out. I picked what I wanted, paid and left. They do have a nice selection of equipment. Maybe someday I'll return and check their selection of juice, prrcing and such. Probably not! read more

Disregard the old old reviews, they're honestly the only reason these guys have less than 4-5 star rating. Everyone's gotta start somewhere, right ? :) Check out the more recent reviews and listen to those, the best, biggest selection of mods, attys, liquids!! and honest employees + great customer service. They do have a no returns/refunds/exchanges sign (of course) but if you come back with a problem with something you got there, they will still do everything to explain, figure it out and try to make things right! Ask them about what you're getting (clone? authentic?) and ask for what you want, they'll actually tell you and work with you if you don't know/until you understand wtf is going on with your purchase. I've been coming here for the past year. Usually get great service. Today it was completely different. The guy working tonight didn't acknowledge anyone that came in. Some random dude walked and and straight to the register and the guy working let him cut. We've been waiting for help and he completely ignored us. After being in there for 10min he finally tries to get us in order. Really disappointed with my experience today. Usually I love coming here. Never seen the guy working in here before. They have awesome service and they are highly educated and they know what you need without trying to bug you as what I have experienced with other vape shops around them. I started vaping in August last year, the staff was friendly and helpful. They walked me through everything I needed to know about the vape I was purchasing, and talked to me about the benefits of one style over the other. They also helped me choose juices I enjoyed. I continue to shop here. The staff is great, the juices are fair, and they have a loyalty program. They even gave me a free juice on my birthday. Doesn't get much better than this place! read more

Rude managers called Abdul and David and his brother will not shy away from reaming into their workers in front of customers and blatantly admit that their store is overpriced but pull up in luxury cars and therefore do not care. Absolutely the WORST PLACE EVER! If you want a job, do not apply to this place. The owners only care about money. The prices are jacked up high and their reasoning is because "they have more products than any other store". They then proceed to ask if customers complain about prices, and when we say yes, they say "good" and walk away. I just quit this place because this morning on 7/12/2021 I came into a store that was trashed. I spoke to the owner and asked who worked the night before and he told me he did. Btw, the owner is Abdul. Abdul proceeded to TELL me, not ask, to clean up his mess and hung up on me. When I stood up for myself and said no, he used his power over me and told me he can say and do whatever he wants. After talking over me and being super sarcastic, he wouldn't let me speak my side. He had to bring over his brother, David, another owner, to come speak with us. When I tried to speak my side, I was met with the same disrespect from David. He proceeded to curse me out and told me to get the f out of his store. All of this because I stood up for myself and wouldn't let these people walk over me. I highly recommend going elsewhere to get your products as everywhere else is cheaper and you won't be met with money hungry, disrespectful owners who only care about lining their pockets. read more

Went in there simply to replace a coil in my Vape and ended up getting a better recommendation for a better coil that last longer. I believe Dalton helped me out. He was super friendly and we ended up talking for a bit about all the news circling around vaping. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! read more

They have A very large selection of juices, coils, pods and everything else. BUT SO OVER PRICED!!!!! They are consistently bringing up the prices . We used to go here, it seems that every time we come prices are $5 more every time. This is how you lose customers. We stopped going to their store, then we needed to go back for some Last second coils and they charged $3 more for the coils than 2 weeks ago. It's ridiculous, just buy your stuff online. read more

I have to say I came here in a frenzy looking for replacement glass for a Smok Prince Resa. This is not the most common tank, but I knew they had the most stuff here so I thought I'd give it a shot. I went there and was helped by a man named Jason. Let me just say, he went above and beyond to help me. He was on as big of a mission to help find me replacement glass as I was. I honestly had doubt in my mind that we would be able to find one but he kept on trying to find one that would fit. We tried almost every reasonable glass replacement for a tank that might fit. We exhausted all the way through all the labeled glass replacement for tanks, but he did not stop there. He went on to go through the random glass tank replacements they had and tried quite a few but with his knowledge and determination he was able to find one that fit. I am beyond thankful for his help and he created a loyal customer in me. I am used to apathetic employees doing the minimum of their job and sure, they try and help but I have never had someone try as hard as Jason. Not only was he extremely helpful and committed to helping me, he was also so kind and did not make me feel bad for using his time up. Thank you Jason for helping me, I really had doubts that we would find one but your hard work and determination helped me find what I needed. I will give an honorable mention to the girl he was working with, I did not catch a name but she was extremely kind as well. If you are looking for a store with large inventory and committed employees I highly recommend Aroma Avenue and Jason. read more

I went in for a simple coil change and when they finished my mod tasted and smelt like heavy perfume that hurts my stomach. It doesn't smell nor taste like my juice. All I can taste and smell is this nasty perfume. Not very appealing. read more
