I would have to say that the experience is super friendly. The staff are always there to assist you. They are quite knowledgeable about the products they sell, and very informative about vaping/CBD/tobacco products in general. The selection is okay. And i'm sure that a lot of people will disagree with me, but I am not impressed with the selection of freebase nicotine products. I have even asked repeatedly about them acquiring certain products to be sold in their store, and I have always been denied. It is very laid back and Matt immediately met me as I walked in and made me feel at home. Don't be fooled by his age - he knows his stuff. He helped me pick out a great cigar and I sat back and watched some TV while sitting in one of the most comfortable leather chairs around. Al - the owner - is very personable and the regulars treated me like I belonged there. Be sure to sit and have a cigar or play a few games, or hang out in the back. It is BYOB but as other reviews have noted you can get a growler of beer from the bar next door or there is a liquor store down the street. If you enjoy a down to earth cigar shop with great staff and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is for you. Every time I am back in town I am making a bee line for this place.
