It wasn't on sale at the store, but it was on sale at Nike.com. It's good to see it in person before ordering it online. Too bad the Nike store that was in Waikiki closed. The service at this Foot Locker is no good. The service at the Ka Makana Ali'i location is also horrible. I've gotten good service at Ala Moana and Pearlridge.

Is now the biggest support for our soles as I remember shopping here for my shoes when I was very little was very surprise to see that they have survived all the big shops filled with styles that many crave for though I must admit that I haven't been there in decades until having feet problems and my podiatrist suggested picking up some support for my sad and aching feet. Located on the ground floor of University Plaza which is right behind Raising Cane's on South King Street and the entrance is easiest on Kuilei St as University Ave can get very busy with traffic. You can see their sign right below the staircase though I accidentally walked into a vape shop lol Uyeda is located right beside it. Walking in I can instantly tell it's not at all what it used to be though it's so nice and clean and very organized a lady came out to greet me and find out what I was looking for and for me to describe what foot issues I have as I was told that many bartenders and various working folks that are on their feet constantly are regulars here. Seeing a rack with Oofos and Hoka shoes just to name a few are all known for comfort. As I found the insoles and suggestions it's the place to come for Black Friday she says as everything is 20% off and as these shoes are pricey the value of your feet as it's the foundation of it all is worth every penny. Looking for some OluKai…read more.. Walking through the Royal Hawaiian Hotel I almost missed this shop as the storefront is very very minimalist yes there's the famous "OluKai" sign on the glass window but zero images or signs of what it is. What's in the lobby of the store as soon as you walk in you see a beautiful board and the story behind it describe right on the wall, it's truly a majestic conversation piece and though what a glorious display proudly showcasing what OluKai does itself is take pride of their product. With one other person in the store I was able to leisurely browse around various products and styles, I've never owned but always wanted a pair and though there area so many beautiful styles of slippers there was a few sandals which really caught my eye as a different look but comfortable is something we all desire. The staff there on the other hand was on a phone call and didn't mind at all as I do prefer to just browse around and didn't really have any questions for them but was on the call as I browsed and browsed...seriously didn't mind the call for once but just never said hello or acknowledge to ask her any questions or what ever they usually greet you with...none. It's all good as there's other locations as I know where to go when I'm ready for purchase. Thank you!

What a great selection and the salesperson was so nice and helpful. My size was out of stock but she ordered for us and ensured we didn't have to pay for shipping. I wish there was a store in Ala Moana but maybe one day. It was nice to venture to Waikiki... had a nice lunch too!

Last week, somebody took my more than two year old slipper which I bought here back then. I'm disappointed. Why would somebody do that? (insert sad face) FF... And Jesse is the most efficient & friendliest store owner I've ever known. He will surely be the happiest to serve you & is more informed of the products that he is selling. FF, I bought the slim glitter Havaianas on the rose gold color which is almost the same color that I purchased in here before but minus the turtle pin claw. And it was the cutest! Had a hard time choosing over the purple strap coz they both are the cute! And of course I am still the happiest with my purchased! Good customer service, plenty of foot wear to choose & a good location to check other stores nearby, for sure I will be glad to do business on this shop on the near future. My first complaint is that their locations are not really local friendly. Two of their locations…read moreare in Waikiki and their third location is in downtown with limited street parking that is usually taken. My second complaint is that their downtown location doesn't have that much selection so if you are looking for slides you are out of luck. So I highly suggest calling ahead of time to see if they have the product that you want is available. That being said their products are solid! Even comes with a warranty. So even though it's on the pricier side I feel that it's a great value. Plus the workers are friendly and really helpful making for a great buying experience.
