Services include: 24/7 staffed entrance gate, community water via wells and tanks, maintenance of ditches/culverts/hydrants/roads and facilities, planned recreation activities for all age groups from children to seniors, public safety officers on duty to enforce motor vehicle laws and respond to emergencies, an excellent Volunteer Fire Department and paid County Ambulance service inside the community for very fast response. Amenities include a clubhouse with fitness center, indoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, game room, cafe and auditorium. Also two outdoor pools, tennis/handball/pickleball and bocce courts, picnic pavilions, playground, fitness trail, youth center, library, hiking trails, 3 lakes with docks and boat racks and multiple ponds suitable for fishing. The owner was there when i dropped off my dry cleaning and we chit chatted a bit and he was really nice. The facility is clean, they have larger machines that i would use if i had a large comforter or something that i could not do in my house machine. They dont do dry cleaning in house but have a quick turn around when sending it out. I have not been to any other dry cleaning service around this area but they seemed reasonable in price. I will be using them again in the future when i need stuff cleaned.
