They wrote me an auto response email saying they were concerned and would follow up. Have I heard from them? No. Did they post my review? No. I can't put into words how truly disgusted I am with this doctor. I wasted hundreds of dollars on him in hopes of getting my life back with the help of alternative medicine. Instead, he told me my disease was mental (I have plenty of proof that it's not), and that I should read a couple of recommended books. I'm not even kidding. At the time I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt because he seemed like he wanted to help. In retrospect, I realize how vulnerable I was at that moment, and he completely took advantage. He made me wait hours for my appointment, and then had the nerve to tell me he had children to feed (making my visit as short as possible). Ironically, his staff is WONDERFUL. They are genuinely happy to see you and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable during your visit.

I have had a lot of digestive issues for the past year and a half and have been to at least 11 different doctors with semi-okay results. After my first visit with Dr. Mincey I was able to sleep better at night and left with an assured feeling that with time I was going to get better. He took his time to explain what was going on with my body, how we were going to make the changes I needed to get better, and what was going to happen next. I am still in my first month of care, but am super excited about the progress we have already made. Oh and I forgot to mention that Dr. Mincey is one of the few docs that I've ever had that called to see how I was doing and to see if I had any other questions. My fiancé pulled his neck out of place a day before we were supposed to fly out on vacation. He couldn't turn his head at all to the right. There was no way he'd be able to carry suitcases or sit on a plane, let alone go for two weeks halfway across the country, in that condition. Dr. Mincey took him without an appointment and adjusted his neck. Long story short, we were able to fly out in the morning and my fiancé was pain-free for the duration of the trip. Need I say that I would have had to drag him before this happened and now if something regarding his health comes up, he asks me, "What would Dr. Mincey say/think about this?" I'm a BIG proponent of not using drugs and we've been able to do this (me, for almost my entire life and I'm in my mid-50s.) My Mom was a chiropractor and I grew up on chiropractic. I'm extremely picky because I know good care from mediocre care. Trust me, I've had both. Finding a doctor you can be completely, 100% open with is rare. Dr. Festa has this incredible ability to be a supportive, caring friend while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I feel comfortable enough to talk to him about absolutely anything, and I know I will be met with zero judgment. He is a safe space, and in the medical world, that is priceless. I trust him with my life. His level of knowledge is astounding. I am constantly amazed at how educated he is. There has never been a single topic, concern, or question I've brought to him that he didn't have extensive, thorough knowledge on. He is meticulous and thorough in everything he does, ensuring no stone is left unturned. But the real reason I am writing this review goes deeper. A little over two years ago, my life was in shambles. I was struggling with a history of substance abuse and felt like I was at rock bottom. I went back to Dr. Festa, and he has been an unwavering pillar in my life ever since. He didn't just treat my physical health; he supported my entire well-being. He has helped guide me to a place I truly never thought I would see. Today, I am happy, I am sober, and I am actively meeting goals that once seemed impossible. Before seeing Doctor Hagglund, our son suffered for years with debilitating eczema and incessant itching that detrimentally impacted his quality of life. He was not only uncomfortable, but also irritable and having difficulty sleeping because of how itchy he was. We tried every natural cream we could get our hands on and the MDs that we saw prescribed steroid creams. Some even recommended we start him on monthly shots of Dupixent.
