I then purchased a 6-session package with this spa and used 3 sessions, but after those treatments I noticed more hair than I did after my first 6 sessions elsewhere. After 9 total laser sessions, I should be seeing less hair, not more. On top of that, when I had to cancel last minute due to unexpected helth issue and not feeling comfortable coming in, they deducted one of my prepaid sessions as a cancellation penalty and refused to make any exception. I've been looking for a lot of clinicians in the meantime, but this place all focused on business rather than on therapy.
