They've had every opportunity to honor and be respectful to a customer who spent decent money who spent close to $4000 with them and didn't receive what they paid for. I paid for the procedure and I took time out of work because I was told that it was going to be an aggressive halo resurfacing and I never got that. I got a halo go and glow. I did not need to take a week out of work. I lost money in that area. I repeatedly tried to reach out, even sent certified letters to get them and they refused. They can put all of their gaslighting responses to people who have issues with them instead of realizing that people have options when it comes to elective procedures. And they should be thrilled that anybody would go to them, and they should respect their customers and they don't. So all of these ridiculous comments that they leave trust me believe every negative comment you see on here and my experience is that they alter the reviews because they tried to get me to change my review in order to get my deposit back in those are facts. And I have documentation proving that. Any decent company if they didn't provide the services that you paid for would refund the customer. They wouldn't argue and fight with them. So I don't care they can keep responding with their lies, but we will see each other in court and I will get my refund that way.

I would never return to the plastic surgeon who had done my initial augmentation, was very unhappy with him. It's difficult knowing who to trust for such an extensive surgery. Stepping into the office I was greeted warmly by the staff, first impression was wonderful, cozy office. During my consultation Dr Belz took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. She was thorough, knowledgeable and very caring. Met with her twice before surgery, never had any doubts about the procedure. After surgery I received a call from her to check on me and answered additional questions. Her staff has been wonderful, Zoa and Christina are so supportive. I was never made to feel like just another patient, but instead a friend who they truly welcomed into their office. Exceptional care from exceptional people! Would give Dr Belz a higher rating if I could! 10 stars!

I tend to get nervous and anxious in medical offices, but I always felt calm with Dr. Belz and her staff. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, both pre- and post-surgery. Even when I had a minor allergic reaction post-surgery due to my sensitive skin, her team quickly got me in the office to make sure everything was healing correctly, which I really appreciated. As the child of a surgeon, I like to think I have pretty high standards, and Dr. Belz's team went above and beyond for everything! I cannot recommend them enough.

I had just had a freak accident where I cut off my fingertip, I realized after replanting it,…read more(meaning surgically reattached) that I had so many concerning questions because I'd scared myself watching YouTube and my chances of recovery were looking grey and that most likely I would lose my fingertip. I couldn't take that chance and made an appointment with Dr. Woodward Coleman ASAP. The doctor patiently answered all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully and gave me a lot of reassurance and most of all hope of getting my life back together as soon as possible. I feel so blessed that he came into my life. He was very personable, cheery, very positive and up beat attitude was all I needed to reassure I was going to recover in no time. In fact, he was overwhelmed with my prompt recovery that I practically cheated him out of surgery! In other words, I recovered miraculously! I felt in good hands (literally) from the start and the fact that he is of the best hand and plastic surgeon in the country made me feel at ease! I took all the advice he could give me and I just kept moving. I didn't lose a beat, Thank you God for Dr. Coleman! I highly recommend him, hands and fingers down, lol, he is a most talented, professional and very knowledgeable physician! If all of his diplomas and easy going personality don't say it all I don't know what does! Today I have a small scar on my finger of what happened 3 months ago, no one would really notice if I hadn't told my story today!

I…read moregracefully broke my fifth metacarpal and was starting to become terrified because it had been a couple days since the injury and I had not seen a specialist. Dr. Coleman's office was the first I had called, it was the one referred to me by two ER doctors, and they also managed to get me seen only an hour and a half after I called! Once getting there I filled out paperwork and was called back in less than 20 minutes. Dr. Coleman examined my X-rays from the ER and saw me shortly after the nurse David cut my splint off. He thoroughly explained what my options were as well as drew pictures to make it easy! Because I was scared out of my mind and sweating at that point (I had never broken anything before), Dr. Coleman took that extra step and even called my father who also works in the medical field to explain the situation! Without further ado, he decided to go for a reduction and then a cast to see where that takes us. My hand was numbed perfectly and in the mean time I was brought water and cookies because the numbing still needed to fully kick in and I was getting more nervous by the minute! In the mean time, the nurse David and two scribes (who's names I unfortunately don't recall) joked and laughed with me, allowing me ease up a bit. Dr. Coleman was able to then pull on my hand, all the while one of the super amazing scribes was holding my elbow down to keep it from moving up as well. You will not believe it, but with my good left hand I was eating my cookies, incredibly satisfied and not feeling a thing!! I felt like a champ but in reality it's all because of these amazing, caring folks who truly love what they do. My hand was then wrapped in a cast by David, which honestly is the neatest and most comfortable cast I could ever imagine! I swear it's perfect and I've had no issues for a week now. After the procedure, X-rays were taken again. Dr. Coleman did see something he was not certain about so they opted for me to get a CT scan just in case. David called around, pulled some strings, all the while busy with other patients as well and got me a cheaper option across town the same day!! I went, and a couple days later got a call from Dr. Coleman himself about the results. I go in tomorrow morning for a follow up and x-rays once more to check my progress, but honestly I can't wait to go again! If there's anyone I recommend, it will be these guys. Hands down! No pun intended!

I would not go here if I was facing an emergency. If you have an infection and need a script, they're probably ok. If you're having a heart attack or a broken bone, skip this and go to a real er.

But while I was under the care of this clinic in Alamo Heights, I've never been so mistreated in my entire life. So I recommend for any high acuity needs (or even low acuity needs) DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC! Horrible care. Unsafe wheelchair handling. Disrespect of personal boundaries. Lack of skill competency. Threatening and coercive language...I wouldn't return to this emergency clinic even if my life depended on it. The physician on staff (my family and I can't even remember her name because she was not involved in hardly any of my care) and the RN Magdiel were completely incompetent and condescending. I ended up being transferred by ems to another hospital for emergency gallbladder removal and while under the care of this staff I've never been so untreated and uncared for by medical personnel in my 41 years. I will never return to this establishment and I will never refer any family or friends to this clinic either. Period. Unsafe wheelchair handling - Mr. Magdiel RN repeatedly ran my wheelchair into doorways and furniture, creating unnecessary discomfort and risk of injury. Violation of privacy - Upon taking me to the restroom, Mr. Magdiel RN told my father to remain in the bathroom to help me urinate, despite my clear statement that I did not need assistance. I am 41 years old, and this was both inappropriate and unnecessary. Lack of competency - He did not appear to know how to start an IV. When I expressed that starting one in my hand would cause significant pain due to my condition, he disregarded my concerns. And I already had a working IV another female nurse started in my right AC Threatening and coercive language - When I declined the IV in my hand, he stated, "Well, I guess I'll have to tape your arms down straight then." I refused, to which he replied, "Well, I guess you don't want your medication for pain then." This was manipulative, unethical, and unacceptable. Because I already had a working IV to my right AC. For the amount of effort this clinic puts into patient service and satisfaction scores you would think they would have better hired staff. Even the ems transport team ShurMed has more empathy and compassion. I definitely left ShurMed a five star review
