They can put all of their gaslighting responses to people who have issues with them instead of realizing that people have options when it comes to elective procedures. And they should be thrilled that anybody would go to them, and they should respect their customers and they don't. So all of these ridiculous comments that they leave trust me believe every negative comment you see on here and my experience is that they alter the reviews because they tried to get me to change my review in order to get my deposit back in those are facts. And I have documentation proving that. Any decent company if they didn't provide the services that you paid for would refund the customer. They wouldn't argue and fight with them.
