During my consultation Dr Belz took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. She was thorough, knowledgeable and very caring. Met with her twice before surgery, never had any doubts about the procedure. After surgery I received a call from her to check on me and answered additional questions. Her staff has been wonderful, Zoa and Christina are so supportive. I was never made to feel like just another patient, but instead a friend who they truly welcomed into their office. The only reason I did not proceed was due to the recovery time for what I thought was a minor procedure. When told I could not lift over ten pounds for at least seven weeks, I had to decline. I live on a ranch with livestock and there is no way I could go that long without my husband needing help lifting equipment, feed, fencing, etc. Had I lived in the burbs with a Chihuahua, you bet I would have continued with my plans.

They've had every opportunity to honor and be respectful to a customer who spent decent money who spent close to $4000 with them and didn't receive what they paid for. I paid for the procedure and I took time out of work because I was told that it was going to be an aggressive halo resurfacing and I never got that. I got a halo go and glow. I did not need to take a week out of work. I lost money in that area. I repeatedly tried to reach out, even sent certified letters to get them and they refused. They can put all of their gaslighting responses to people who have issues with them instead of realizing that people have options when it comes to elective procedures. And they should be thrilled that anybody would go to them, and they should respect their customers and they don't. So all of these ridiculous comments that they leave trust me believe every negative comment you see on here and my experience is that they alter the reviews because they tried to get me to change my review in order to get my deposit back in those are facts. And I have documentation proving that. Any decent company if they didn't provide the services that you paid for would refund the customer. They wouldn't argue and fight with them. So I don't care they can keep responding with their lies, but we will see each other in court and I will get my refund that way.

My nose looks worse than it did before, which is unacceptable given the purpose of the procedure. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. I've tried multiple times to address these issues, and his office still requires a consultation fee just to be seen--despite the fact that these problems are a direct result of his work.
