The German Shepherd says he needs some money for home renovations, so the surprised new bank officer asks if he has any collateral. The canine offers up this antique artsy-fartsy thing saying it's worth a lot of money, he got it at On and On Milwaukee for much less than it's actually worth because the prices at this antique store are so reasonable. The lending officer is at a loss, this just wasn't covered in her extensive training so she excuses herself to see the bank manager for advice. She tells him "there's a German Shepherd who can talk who wants money for some renovation work, but all he has to secure it is this vintage thing I don't even know what it is, what should I do?" So the manager tells her, "It's a knick knack Patty Black, give the dog a loan." I'm sorry I don't actually know if they allow dogs in here, talking or not. They do sell all sorts of unusual art and antiques at very reasonable prices and it's right next to a wonderful wine bar and an excellent coffee shop.

They're always very welcoming and willing to talk about their products! A lot of it is locally made, which they're very proud of. Though the store itself can feel a little tight especially if there's more than a few people, the products (clothes, home goods, decor, etc) are high quality. I got a sweater from here that I love and I always enjoy exploring the new arrivals they have. We will definitely be back!
