I understand customers go thru items on shelves but this was more than just that. I also noticed many items had multiple price tags on them. I mean it doesn't take much to place current price ticket over original price ticket. Staff was friendly.

STORY TIME: I used…read moreto shop here often a few years ago. I remember walking out with bags full of cute clothes for cheap. Recently when I came back, I was disappointed with the small selection, goodwill-ish atmosphere, and the person I came with was bothered (basically harassed) by one of the employees. The employee who shall remain anonymous back by the fitting rooms stopped my relative while she was shopping and talked to her for over 15 minutes about a fundraiser he was attending, and tried to convince her to go as well. My relative thanked him for letting her know about the event and tried going back to her shopping, but he kept going on and on about the event. All she wanted to do was leave! I finally saved her by asking the employee for assistance, and after she got away he TRACKED HER DOWN ACROSS THE STORE to continue talking to her for another 10 minutes. I couldn't figure out where she went, and when I found her she was hiding with her cart behind a clothing rack. I feel kind of bad because he seemed lonely and in need of someone to talk to, but he pretty much chased us out of the store. Awkward and uncomfortable... Overall, the clothing is hit or miss, but the hits are extremely affordable and seem to be decent quality. Just be prepared to possibly get stopped by the occasional chatty employee.

I spent 5+ hours trying to get the system to work and on the phone 5 times trying to get them to do the right thing. It wasn't due to negligence on my end. I went up the management ladder and all I got were supervisors and managers that just wouldn't fix this. They just said I'm sorry, I can't do anything for you. There is always a way. I know. I spent 23+ years in upper retail management and we always found a way. They definitely do not understand customer service.

Just needing a couple last minute gifts, this was a relatively quick in-and-out trip, but I was able to find what I was looking for and get in and out in a short amount of time, another goal achieved! Like most TJ Maxx stores, you aren't likely to interact with anyone on the sales floor, so either find it yourself or assume they do not have it, but as far as Maxx outlets go, you certainly could do worse than the Menomonee Falls outlet.

I visited this eyewear store at the end of the year to try to take advantage of my insurance, and…read morelater when I ordered on my HSA funds. They were able to open early to see me. Since it was the end of the year I had to get my exam in to take advantage before the next year, but then with my plan I do not think I would have saved too much so I held off on the glasses until later. Their availability is very good, there is another store in 'Tosa which was booked for weeks, I don't understand that. Later on, I placed an order for some nice glasses. They do have a wide variety and cost points which is great. I went back for an adjustment as my current lenses were flatter and the new ones were more curved. I had a minor fishbowl effect that was fixed on the first try, and also the edges of the lenses weren't perfect and she approved getting them changed out. Very happy with the final result. The timing was ironic as I placed the order for these, and I snapped the frame of my current glasses. The business deserves 5 stars. They are all nice, helpful, and professional.

When they couldn't repair, they found a different dealer in the area who carried the broken frames and helped get directions to the second store. We just happened to find them while we were driving, but would highly recommend them for excellent service!
