They are challenging and the gym itself has kind of a young and hip vibe (won't make me feel like I'm attending an older person's gym), the staff working here are friendly and attentive, everything is very clean. When I signed up, I went for the membership option that gives you a MyZone Belt with the membership. It's pretty cool because when you're working out, you wear this belt and it keeps track of your heart rate and how many calories you burn while doing your workout. I use this as motivation for working out. Ample parking, gym is never fully packed, etc. This place is a lot more than a fighting gym and can be used as just a normal gym. But your workouts can take an interesting twist with the MMA fighting. I've come to really like this place, I'm so happy that they have improved over time!
