Definitely a hidden gem of a thrift store in the Bay Area! I was in search for glass jars for plants, and I hit the jackpot here. The owner, Jesus, is the nicest owner of a thrift store I've ever met! The pricing is pretty awesome because it's gather what you can, bring it to the front desk, the clerk/owner gives you an estimate, and he gave me a deal with a lifetime. I got 22 glass containers of all different sizes for $10! Best deal ever!! The owner has three stores in the East Bay and the second store is literally a 10 seconds walk away. I scored another green vase there for a dollar! I'm gonna visit this place again and tell everyone about it! Everyone should check it out, especially if you're looking for glassware. read more

My daughter is a thriftaholic so we had to stop in this beloved little shop in our neck of the woods. Located at a busy intersection in Ashland, this store includes outdoor displays of clothing, knicknacks and purses. You can find men's and women's clothing, lots of books, vintage cookware and plates, and various other items. The owner/cashier is friendly. My daughter's debit card was accepted so I'm not sure why a previous reviewer claimed the store is cash only. My daughter was thrilled to get a blouse for a $1. Not even dollar stores sell items for a $1 anymore. We will definitely return for more finds. read more

I've been to hundreds of antique shops and thrift stores. This is the most well organized thrift store I've ever been to. And they have a lot of great items of course but that's the best is the older things. I found me a cute Maxine doll. The two sisters, I think their sisters were very nice. I would recommend this store to everyone. And I will be very much glad to go back there to shop. read more

I needed to buy a headband to finish up my Halloween costume today and was trying to decide between Goodwill or Hidden Treasures. I figured both would be full of people for Halloween. I try not to support Goodwill if I can for reasons I won't go into, so I chose to go to Hidden Treasures, risking not finding what I needed. I'm SO glad I went with my gut and came here instead. It was a bit odd to drive into, as I had to go a roundabout way due to its weird loop driveway. It's a tiny little store with outdoor displays that drew me in. There's another building that looked like an abandoned house called "Hidden Treasures" but the building next to it was the brightly displayed store. There's a lot of typical knick knacks but all arranged in neat trays and containers. I found the Halloween area near the front of the store and caught sight of a few headbands. I also spotted the lace cloth and mesh box as shown in my photo and thought why not. There were no labeled prices. The lady looked at my items and said "how about $2?" I said ok, what about my other two items? I thought she was talking about the headband. "No no, $2 for everything." I was shocked. No way this is possible for today's inflation and prices, especially not in the San Francisco bay area. But I paid her $3 and told her to keep the change. There are quite a lot of kennels and Elizabethan collars for animals recovering from an injury. Animal lovers - definitely check this place out too. read more

This place is a true hidden gem! My family and I have all found a special gift here that is very sentimental. The staff is friendly and the prices are great. I do miss the jewelry section that was upfront near the register as this is where I was blessed to find rings and pins for my wife, son and myself. My daughter and I went here one evening to look for vinyl records. They have great odds and ends for children as we have found play dresses for our niece as well as articles of clothing for our son. I've seen this little thrift store many many times over the years every time I go to Jack in the box next door but I never stopped in I was On my way to lake chabot to go fishing and I noticed some fishing poles out front so I stopped to take a look and the nice lady popped her head out the front door and said fishing poles are 5 bucks a piece they were very dusty but upon closer inspection seen that they were probably 20 years old and the line had to be changed but wasn't a scratch on the poles and reals and one of them was a ugly stick so I got 3 of them and a bass pro shops coffee mug and asks the nice lady how about 3 of the poles and coffee mug for $10 she smiled and said yea that would be ok I got a great deal but the best part was just how nice and welcoming the nice lady was I will be back again soon because it was a pleasant experience. read more

This is a fantastic thrift store. The items are relatively organized by category. They have books, electronics, clothing, jewelry, picture frames, kitchen and home items. You can to sort through some items but I found some great cups and plates. The best thing about this store is the price. Forget goodwill, their prices are pretty high. Make a pile of the items you want and the owner will charge you a very very low rate for them. They have the best prices in town hands down. I will be coming back again to find more hidden treasures. read more

It's a small thrift store with no price tags. You browse around and once your done you head to the register and they give you one price for all your items. Lots of Knick knacks and you have to really look through things. I however find it very fun and exciting thrifting. That's the point. The location is tucked away but there's lots of parking. The area is a little run down but everyone is minding their own business. I found a couple things and the lady working there was very friendly. I was able to score some vintage Fiesta mugs and some Steve Madden high heels. I found some vintage corelle, vintage Tupperware cups, and newer Pyrex but I passed since I didn't need anymore. I definitely will be back! I wonder if they take donations also. Just remember when your thrifting it's a hit or miss. Sometimes you find something and some times you leave empty handed. The owner states that times are tough so I see his concept for this store. I love it!!! read more

I was in search for Victorian-floral teacups for an upcoming bridal shower and I literally struck hidden treasure just like the store's name! I got a great deal! regret not asking for the associate's name who helped me but she was super helpful to not only me but other customers. Book lovers paradise. They've got the classics, educational books, religious books, romance, mysteries and much much more. I can't believe I hadn't been into this little spot before. I've lived in this area for over five years. I had seen this spot but most "small/tiny" thrift stores don't have a lot of options. This thrift store changed my mind on the smaller shops. I got a whole stack of books that I had been wanting for many moons now but was having to save up for - even used. I thought I'd still be paying much more than my total. I couldn't believe how cheap they were. I will be coming back very soon. I didn't even to dig into all the other treasures this gem holds. Bakery next door smells amazing too. Jennifer was super friendly when I was paying and was happy to chat for a minute while I was on my way out. I find that most people aren't as friendly these days. Overheard someone say they travel all the way from Tracy just to come to this shop because they always have why they need, and I'm sure because the service is amazing. Can't wait to come back in. The customer service won me over from the get go. I called and asked if they had rubber bands. The gentleman who runs the shop said no they didn't, but said he gets them in from time to time and would take my number and let me know when some came in and that it should be very soon. There was no reason for me to doubt his word by the sound of his voice . Within a couple days he called me that he had a bag of about 400 and they could be $4. Within a few days I went to his store and bought them. Being so happy and impressed with his service thus far, I spent probably a half hour looking around at the other items in the store.
