Megan who works at this location was shown a photo of how long my lashes usually are with 15s. She agreed to put a new set exactly as pictured. She failed to do so. The lashes she put on were 1/2 the size and only as long as my own lashes. What's the point? I asked if she would replace them with the correct length as I showed her beforehand, she said no. I paid $150.00 for lashes I had to go somewhere else to remove and reapply the correct length. She refused to refund me and when I told my bank they reversed the charges however 2 months later Megan disputed it and reversed the 150 back to herself. Horrible service read more
