I formerly was very impressed but I went back and had a not good experience. They took 4 hours to do my nails (gel tips), the shape was bad, and it looked like the tech had never done a french manicure before. All the white lines were uneven, shaky, and didn't extend to the sides. The hard gel was thick, bumpy, and even had bubbles. Price was $180 pre-tip or tax to get the most basic gel pedi without frills (very good 5/5) and the super disappointing gel tip French manicure (2/5). I wish the tech had asked someone for help. You can clearly see her passion for her work -- her attention to detail is unmatched, and she takes so much pride in ensuring everything is perfect. Every time I visit, I am always very pleased and happy with her work. She consistently checks to ensure I'm satisfied at every step, which truly shows how much she cares about her clients. Ray did my pedicure and was just as fantastic -- incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. Ray also takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and happy throughout the entire service. Both Kim and Ray made the experience feel relaxing and welcoming. Another thing worth mentioning is how clean and well-maintained the salon is. We went in for pedicures and it was very rushed! I got the cucumber pedicure for $58 and it only lasted about 20 minutes. They are not detailed oriented and cut my nails where I am guaranteed to have an in-grown nail in a few weeks. I am going to have to go back and get another one from somewhere else. I have been a little hesitant to try a new place because I haven't had the best of luck with nail salon since moving to Laguna Niguel. The receptionist was friendly, and immediately offered me something to drink. The salon is clean with a lot of gel colors to choose from. I ultimately decided on Opi color with chrome. They have an amazing policy that if something happens to your nails within 2 weeks of your appointment, they will take care of it. That is unheard of! I took my husband to this cozy nail salon in Dana Point, CA while we were on our 3 year wedding anniversary. We were greeted by welcoming staff and must I say.. the "cherry blossom" feel was a reminder of our wedding motif and theme! :) it was perfect! Absolutely love the pink armchairs that swivel that we were able to relax in. It isn't like the other nail salons with the typical black massage chairs that hurt your back We had Kay assist my husband with the "man" icure and I got the eco pedicure done by the guy with the hat (sorry I forgot to ask him his name) and Kris who came to assist shortly afterwards. I had to ask for them to be straightened, and I understand having to defend yourself, however I could tell they were crooked, and even after fixing them I was in so much pain I didn't want to point it out again. she was nice however I probably will stop coming here as I get such uneven service. Also you use the SAME products other nail salons use so I don't understand how yours is "healthier". Booked my appointment for the same day, very pleased with how accommodating they were to my schedule. I was immediately greeted and taken to my lush pedicure chair, there was enough space for my purse, side table for my drink and another for manicure. I just found Eco Organic Salon.. and so happy! I was traveling a good distance to get my nails done but they were progressively getting in worse shape.. so I knew I needed someone new.. Eco is very clean, and very timely!! As it's frustrating to wait when you have booked an appt!! As my nails are in unhealthy shape.. Jacob took the time to understand and offer a healthy recommendation of product to use to get my nails back to good health.. Isn't that the key?? Staff here are quite rude. The lady doing my nails asked what I would like to drink, then never brought it. She asked me how I liked my nails done, and after I told her, she didn't listen. Then she was offended when I wasn't happy with my nails. I get regular polish, not gel, and it came out extremely uneven. The lady doing my toes didn't put a topcoat on it, so they started chipping the same day. It was an extremely stressful experience and I was just happy to get out of there alive. They claim to be "organic" but that is a complete lie! One regular polish option they have is Zoya nail polish, but the basecoat and topcoat are NOT Zoya- they are regular brands with all the usual chemicals in them. What a lie! read more

I want to update my review, 2 years later. The salon is even more beautiful now. They have a great location with tons of cute products for sale. Some places get worse with time and that is not true for Eco Organic. It only gets better and better. This salon is deff a fave and I wish I could have gone more recently. Back in 2020 I won a pedicure via an Instagram contest and 2 years later they still honored it. COVID had hit and I was unable to redeem it. I was so surprised when they messaged very promptly and told me they would still honor it. I got the special pink lemonade pedicure and it was incredible. Trina was my nail tech. She's so sweet and really good at her job. My foot massage was amazing. I love that they make all their own organic scrubs. Makes the salon smell delish versus like harsh chemicals.
