I get compliments all of the time, so I will always come back. Other positives are that all of their lash techs are great when Gena hasn't been able to fit me in and they always send me appt reminders never less than 24hrs before (which is great if you have to reschedule unexpectedly). Since coming here, my lashes have become so damaged!! I tried different lash artists and different lengths/styles, etc. I have had lashes for going on 15 years and never had anyone be so rough or see patches of my lower lashes missing like they now are from this place. Beyond that, they charge you whatever they feel like, despite setting up the booking by week. Gina is absolutely amazing! I've never had lash extensions before and a friend referred me to Gina. I didn't want super dramatic lash extensions so I picked the classic set and it looked so natural, my lashes looked so good I loved that it was low maintenance and I could just roll out of bed So far, I've gone to Gina twice for refills and she always makes sure I'm comfortable/is extremely gentle while working on my eyes. However, due to the extremely hot/dry weather in SoCal recently and my sensitive/dry eyes, I sadly decided to remove the lash extensions to give my eyes a break (Gina removed them as well). Nevertheless, I already have my next lash extension appointment in a month with Gina before I get married. Showed up to my appointment, they make you sign some paperwork then explain the different type of lashes, techniques etc. For the $97 price you get the volume natural look style which was perfect for me since it was my first time. Stephanie was my lash girl and she was so sweet, funny, soft spoken and accommodating. I'm not sure how long I was laying down for but she was barely on my first eye and I told her I felt nauseous and like the room was spinning.
