I'm so grateful I found Meredith. She helped clear up this issue within 2 sessions of seeing her. I came back to her for more sessions later on because I had a trip planned to the Great Barrier Reef with family members who all wanted to scuba dive. But I was always absolutely terrified of the ocean and being underwater made me want to panic. Meredith helped me work through this and now I'm absolutely obsessed with scuba diving and even feel safe and comfortable underwater now. To some, hypnosis can seem a bit "woo-woo" but I stand by it and believe that it can help people overcome their fears. The only thing I should mention is I am very "suggestable" (hypnotizable) so I had fantastic and quick results, but some people are not as easy to hypnotize- but it's worth giving it a try if you have a problem or fear you need help working through. What attracted me initially was that she is a holistic hypnotherapist which I felt aligned with my spiritual values better than other therapists. Excited, I had my first session with Holly virtually and to my surprise, it was as effective as talking to a therapist in person. Holly's energy beams through the screen, and I could feel her positive energy radiate onto me. I never felt any judgement from her and she always offered solid advice. I must admit, that we did do hypnotherapy (which I have now forgot what the outcome I had in mind was) and a past life regression therapy (mostly did it out of curiosity) and I am not sure if the latter worked for me. Part of me was skeptical, however, because I do not believe I have a past life so my experience could have been affected because of that?
