On the left hand side you will find suite 122 which is the location for your massage. The bathroom is however located just before you make a left turn. They have a men's and a women's restroom. I found Nadia on Groupon, and when I saw her positive reviews there as well as on yelp, I needed to try her services. Scheduling online is easy. You also can confirm online or via text message. Simple! I was greeted with a smile and told that she'd be right with me as she finished preparations for the room. Moments later, she came back. After being led inside the room, I noticed her room is quite tidy and comfortable. I purchased a groupon for an hour Swedish massage. It was relaxing and I could tell Nadia has the intuitive understanding of the body and it's muscles and how they interact with one another. Ooooh boy! This was my first time getting a massage and I could not be happier that Nadia was the one to do it. I booked an appointment through ClassPass for a deep tissue massage, but when I walked in Nadia said that we could do anything but that was the general thing that was on the website. But we stuck to deep tissue and I loved it! Her placed is located inside Phenix which is basically ~30-40 diff businesses in suites. So do keep in mind that it's not a full-on blown out massage studio, just one private room. There is a map when you first enter Phenix to the left which shows where all the suites are which is super helpful! I like to talk, so I talked to Nadia throughout my session and she's so friendly and kind! I absolutely love her. She also focused on my target areas very well and focused on spots I myself wasn't expecting to be tense in, but was! Also she gave me a mini water bottle at the end to stay hydrated, such a nice gesture! I feel very relaxed after getting a massage with her and plan on coming back. Best massage ever! I was very nervous about receiving cupping rehab treatment. Cupping was suggested to help with rehab. Nadia took her time to explain the process as well as emailed after care instructions. I climbed into a warm bed and that in itself was a treat. Nadia worked her magic on my trouble areas. I had the weirdest and most off-putting experience with Nadia. First, I had a massage by Nadia. It was good - tipped her $20. She seemed like a nice woman. I made an appt for my boyfriend to see her over the Valentines long weekend as a surprise. She texted me two day before the appt to cancel. I was like okay, let's try to see if she can get him in at any other time during this weekend. She didn't respond for hours, the only available spot online got taken, and I shared my frustration with her. That's when she released her crazy toxic aggressiveness that is similar to what another 1 star review shared. Fingers crossed that she doesn't start harassing me too. The attached pictures of our conversation speak for themselves. Ultimately, she banned me for "abusive language"... Although her massage is good, she doesn't seem like a good, even decent, person. I don't think this kind of person should be supported, and I hope future and existing customers see this and think twice before seeing Nadia for an appointment. In regards to Nadia's response - yes, her massages are not a full hour. She counts the time to get undressed, the consult, get dressed, and paying as part of the 60 minutes. My massage ended up being about 45 minutes since she let me into the building late, and finished on time. With the CBD massage costing $95 regularly - seems like a ripoff. It was kinda bothering me, and I hesitated about contacting her about it. In no way did I "demand" a discount as you can see by the attached pictures of the convo. I found Nadia (Eseka) years ago (2018) on a prenatal Groupon deal and was surprised she was so good--AMAZING actually! Every other Groupon massage provider was just so-so.
