I had always been really nervous about getting behind the wheel but Luis was incredibly patient and supportive and he made the lessons enjoyable. He made sure I felt comfortable at every step, which made a huge difference in building my confidence. The staff at the school, including the secretary, were all super nice as well and really flexible with scheduling my lessons, which I appreciated since I have a pretty busy schedule. Angel, my instructor, always promptly arrived 5+ minutes earlier than the scheduled time, and was extremely professional, encouraging and helpful. Under his instruction, I went from being extremely anxious to ready to drive on freeways and LA streets and take my exam. My actual DMV driving exam was extremely traumatic but I still passed the first time, and everything Angel reviewed with me was highly applicable. Anyway, Romeo was the instructor all three times. First day, he told her to drive. She was surprised and said that she did better than she thought. They took breaks at the office and was taught rules of the road. The second day was pretty much the same. The last day was spent on the streets and freeway. My daughter said that he was nice, positive, instructional and motivational. That's all a mom needs to hear! He told her what she needed to work on and to come back one more time more she takes the driving test. She is happy and confident after this experience. I'm happy that I made a good choice on this place.

Secondly, who wants to admit that they liked the experience as this is part of the punishment process. Well after attending Hye Traffic School, I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised with this school as I was expecting a long and boring process, for which it was anything but. The staff genuinely care about the students, the fee is reasonable and they run a quality program. During my class, the owner called the instructor and informed him that there was a woman coming in late because apparently her class from another company was canceled and she was going to admit her late and work with her after class to ensure that she was able to get credit for going. It tells you a lot about a company when they take responsibility not just only for their business but also for the mishaps of competitors, all for the benefit of the customer. All in all, I had an amazing experience, I hope that I don't ever have to repeat it, however I'm glad there's a company that puts it's students first and is willing to help people when they need it.
