I just had my wedding here in December 2021. It is a beautiful venue with kind people to work with. I chose it because it is an "all inclusive" and I didn't have to find any of my own vendors aside from a photographer. The day overall went smoothly. It was super nice to be able to choose the base package but you can customize it as much as you want, you just have to go through the vendors separately. A couple of things that could have been smoother for us: - we did end up having to pay each vendor out of pocket for things that I think should be included (ex: using real plates and cutlery rather than plastic). I was fine with paying for some other upgrades that we chose, but some of it seemed odd to not be automatically included. - I wish we could have had the venue all day. There wasn't an event in the morning, but instead we had to find somewhere else to get ready instead of paying $300/hr to get ready at the venue - after the ceremony it felt a bit rushed to get the bridal party out of the chapel. All the bridesmaids had to get their things out of the back immediately. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the day and event. Russell and Faith were great to work with and I would definitely do it all over again.

Great outdoor venue area for when it's warm and an even more beautiful chapel and reception hall.

What should have been a simple family meal turned into a stressful experience due to poor service…read moreand a complete lack of understanding around children and disability. We were a party of six and the largest table in an otherwise nearly empty restaurant. I was dining with my autistic son and politely requested his burger and fries at least three times so he could sit and settle. Despite this, his food took over 30 minutes and all meals came out separately. While waiting, I was actively supervising and redirecting my son in the empty restaurant. The owner approached me and stated that if I couldn't get him "under control," we would need to leave, repeatedly mentioning that she also has an autistic child--an irrelevant and dismissive comment. Autism is not one-size-fits-all. Once my son finally received his burger, he sat calmly and ate without issue, exactly as explained. Instead of enjoying time with family I hadn't seen in 20 years, the situation escalated unnecessarily. After the meal, the police were called to trespass me despite us already leaving. The officers were polite and professional. Food quality was also lacking (the fish was chewy). Children, including autistic children, belong in public spaces. My son didn't need entertainment or judgment--he needed his food. This restaurant failed in service, accessibility, and basic decency. I was not able to even get a picture with my family.....

We wanted an upscale looking wedding at an affordable, all inclusive price and that's exactly what we've found here. Our friends RAVE about the venue. We'd choose to get married here 1000x over. What other venues include floral and dessert credits?! Linens you don't have to rent! Gorgeous centerpiece decor available for use at no extra cost! The list goes on and on. In particular, I want to call out Jess, who was our venue tour guide. Our experience with her is a big part of the reason we booked this venue. You know when a person just gives you a GOOD feeling? She made us feel at home, like it was just the RIGHT place for us. She's also proven to be incredibly efficient, a prompt and excellent communicator, and uncompromising on ensuring we're taken care of even though when we booked, it was a full 18 months before our wedding! She gave us the attention and care we'd only expect if our wedding was next month! Ps. Please note that the only negative reviews about this place were during COVID. It was the Wild West back then, and everyone was just doing their best. We have experienced an extremely transparent booking and contract process, with clear language around refunds or rescheduling.

I can't say enough great things about the Hearth House Venue in Monument, CO…read more I've attended several events at Hearth House, including weddings, receptions, and non-profit fundraisers, and can't believe the value each of the Hearth House clientele received for their money. Renting a facility for your event can be a costly endeavor. But, Hearth House provides a beautiful location, at a rate that won't break the bank, making your event more enjoyable knowing you won't have to skimp elsewhere to provide your guests an exceptional experience. Not only is the venue beautiful, but their staff is professional as well as friendly - a combination that can be hard to find these days. Not afraid to get their hands dirty, you'll find the staff able and willing to help from the moment you take a tour, to the day of your event. If you're a skeptic, like I am sometimes, don't take my word for it. Take a tour and you'll see everything I said above is absolutely true. The next time I plan an event, you can bet I'll be holding it at Hearth House.

We chose Wedgewood in January 2021 for our October 1, 2022, wedding with 100+ guests. Kayla was our amazing wedding coordinator and she made everything so simple for us. Every detail we asked for came with a "yes" answer. She had wonderful recommendations for us and she and the entire staff worked with all my ideas - no matter how "different" they were. In fact, we made a last-minute request for a late-night charcuterie board and the chef jumped in to make it happen - and it was spectacular! In fact all of the food was incredible! Our friends and family are all still talking about how it was the best food they'd ever had at an event or wedding. The planning phase was simple, organized, thorough, and extremely professional. I'm very much a "Type-A" person, and this one one of the few times in my life I was able to sit back and trust that others would get it right - would see my vision and run with it. Wedgewood was super accommodating to the vendors I chose to bring in for ceremony music (string quartet), florist, pastry chef/wedding cake and groom's cake, marquee letters, favors, balloons, and other extra touches. Day of - everything ran smoothly! Kayla and Mo were so kind, kept us updated and ready for the next part of the agenda...and kept us well-fed and hydrated! We only had one small hiccup during the reception (with availability of certain liquor we expected to have) - but Kayla went out of her way to make it right for us. I absolutely understand that things can happen, but it's how the team responds that makes the difference and the lasting impression. Kayla is exceptional! I highly recommend the Elite package (it's definitely worth it!), the "grand sparkler moment" at the reception grand entrance, the tortellini, the s'mores bar, a late-night snack, Wedgewood's preferred photographer - Tina Joiner, their preferred DJ - DJ Maestro, and their photo-booth option - Untamed Smiles. My favorite part of the process was Kayla's enthusiasm and excitement for our wedding. It made me feel so confident that I was making all the right choices...and that my ideas weren't too crazy (having a sketch artist for our guests, we "buried the bourbon" on the property a month in advance for good weather... and dug it up on our wedding day, etc.). She was all for it and I truly appreciated her excitement for our traditions and ideas. Wedgewood is the Gold Standard in wedding venues! Without any hesitation, Highly Recommend!

Phenomenal cast, venue, and the whole sort. They were talking about their next play in October and my friend and I are already waiting for the date so we can set it in the books to come up.
