I wanted to wait before posting a review because I genuinely hoped this situation would be resolved professionally, but unfortunately it was not. I paid a significant amount for hair extensions and had issues almost immediately after the install. The color match was not what I expected, and more importantly, the installation itself caused extreme scalp tension and discomfort. I experienced redness, pulling, headaches, and migraines from how tight the extensions felt. I reached out multiple times trying to resolve things calmly and professionally. I even offered to return the hair, but instead of working toward a reasonable solution or partial refund, I was advised to file a dispute through Klarna. After continuing to try communicating, I was eventually blocked. I understand extension installs are expensive and results can vary, but I believe professionalism and customer service matter just as much as the install itself. I would strongly encourage future clients to discuss refund policies in writing beforehand and pay close attention to how their scalp feels after installation. So I never really write reviews but had to do one for this place. I live in NYC and haircuts there can be SO expensive, and just mediocre. I've been in St Pete for a few weeks visiting family and wanted to get my hair cut down here. I researched and found this place and called to make an appointment. First off, this place is so incredibly cute. I love the vibe. I was offered a drink when I came in and asked if they had iced coffee, and the kind person at reception made me one in the cutest glass with a bee on it. Ashlee was assigned to me and she was so, so kind. I had been thinking about donating my hair and she actually suggested it given the length I was cutting off before I said anything about donating! But there were two things that really stuck out to me: 1) Ashlee offered me to put my feet up on an ottoman during the hair wash. This was a game changer. I'm not sure if it's the shape of my head or the angle of my body or what, but the washing hair part of haircuts is always so uncomfortable for me. That ottoman trick made it SO MUCH more comfortable and was also such a nice touch. 2) She CARED. Ashlee was the first hairstylist I've ever had who noticed that I have sort of a "hair birthmark" - one streak of my hair is lighter than all my other hair and has been since I can remember. She paid attention to detail, she assessed my needs, she gives a great head massage - I could go on and on. You can tell that she really takes her work seriously and it shows. I only get my hair cut about once a year but I think that even though I live in NYC, this may be my new place. read more

I had my formula from my former colorist and it was matched perfectly! Where to start with this little gem....1st off, I love my stylist Laura Taylor....it took me a very long time to find her, but man, was she worth the wait! I stumbled upon her while she was working for someone else, so proud of her to say she took a leap of faith and decided to do her own thing! Laura and her business partner Ashlee are both amazing. You walk in, they immediately welcome you & you feel like you're there hanging with your besties! The salon is ADORABLE! Cute place, but did not meet my expectations. I felt I was charged a lot and spent a lot of time there to ultimately not end up with what I wanted. They tried to leave my hair brassy after blonde highlights and acted like it was fine. Next time I went it was a little better but still not right. Was excited to try this salon based on everyone's reviews! I called to schedule an appointment and they were booked for a month out - no problem! However, when I asked if my daughter and I could have appointments together, I was told that wouldn't be possible to do (now or in the future) together and they would charge $85 for my 4 year olds hair cut! Terrible service over the phone, not willing to help, or open for new clients. Left certainly disappointed and disheartened. read more
