The staff know exactly where everything is and you can find everything from handpainted minis to obscure RPG games. The guy was busy selling another couple on a train set, but didn't seem to ask them any good questions till the end of his speech only to find out it was for a child, and not the gentleman. Also they have cats that roam free, and you can smell it and watch for poop.
