If you like collectables, toys, figurines, Funkos, comics, and the like, then this is the place for you. The store is small, but there is plenty to look at. The lone staff member was friendly and after overhearing him with another customer, was quite knowledgeable. It's in the ground (street level) floor of the Ridge Hill mall. Unsure if they validate parking since I didn't get anything on this trip, but will update whenever I come back. With less options in Ridge Hill, it's great that this more unique store is here. Worth checking out.

The comic store near Union Square in Manhattan is sort of like a Mecca, but if you can't get down there this will definitely do. They have lots of gimmicky things like really tiny super soakers and funny variations of games. An hour later, I received an e-mail that my order is ready for in-store pickup at Mt Vernon and I had 3 days to go to the store to pick it up. It was a bit of a trek to get there from Queens, but not too bad since I left earlier in the day. Target is located on East Sandford Blvd and there is no problem finding parking as there are plenty of spots. Usually all Target locations have a very similar setup so it's not too unfamiliar. I went to Guest Services and showed the staff member my pickup barcode in order details and they brought my item to me. Since I was there, I of course had to look around. The aisles were very organized and stocked. The Target App is an easy way to shop and save. If there is a specific item you are looking for, the app will tell you the exact aisle and how many are in stock. It is also very helpful to let you know which items are available and the quantity at each store.
