When I call twice in the next week to see why I haven't rec'd a shipping, ETA or any confirmation my order's in process, that's another. Yet another, is when I call a week later, and the Bobs rep tells me the helmet didn't ship from the Mfg, and in fact --, isn't available at all. I'd strongly suggest you update your Quote to Cash process to ensure you don't mess up too many more orders. I'm sure you get this but Orders come from Customers, who won't be around any more if you keep pullin' sh** like this. I'll won't be ordering from you guys again- EVER!
