At one point I ordered a winter jacket, after being told numerous times over a six month period it hadn't come in yet I simply gave up, never called them back and never heard from them regarding my order. I've likely had between 6-12 instances in which I'm told they are going to check the status of something I ordered and I never hear back from them. Most recently, I wanted to order a vest to carry and thought it would be easiest to go through them since they have all my measurements from previous visits. A gal tells me she has to check on something and she would call me right back and per usual, I never heard back. At this point I am finished with them as their business model of assisting customers is essentially non-existent. I see far more attentiveness from High School kids working drive-though and that is a sincere statement. From here on out I will travel out to Plymouth for my needs even though it is a little out of the way just to ensure I never have to deal with this junk business ever again.

Furthermore, this location (all of the company?) has finally started carrying Landau scrubs for men. Those two things are game-changers for this location and it now deserves a second look if you had soured on it in the past. Adding men's Landau scrubs now gives it a respectable selection of styles to choose from and, as long as you're willing to give jogger scrub pants a try, the guys should be able to find a pant that meets their needs.

This store is well stocked and the staff were helpful in pointing me in right direction to find what I was looking for. I ended up buying four pairs of pants. I like to give the benefit of doubt but this is so very unprofessional. If you're not going to be open as your hours post online and on the door- put a "closed" sign up. My rating is a "0." This is THE place in the twin cities if you need to purchase school uniforms. It's been around…read moresince 1952. I think my in-laws went shopping for uniforms when they grew up here in the TC, my hubby shopped here when he was growing up and now it's my son's turn. With it being so close to the start of the school year...they had plenty of staff eager to help locate where your particular schools uniform was located in the store. The place is huge but extremely organized. The only thing to note is their very restrict return policy. Happy school shopping!
