I had poked around at various second hand stores and didn't find anything that suited my needs. I also knew that stores like Fleet Farm and Walmart carry scrubs...but we decided to check out Uniform Advantage first...being that it was so close to home...and man...I'm glad that we did! I was blown away by this place! Big, bright, clean, colorful store + super nice and helpful employees = me buying everything I needed in one trip - right down to the shoes! I think I tried on a billion scrubs while in the store...and the lady that was helping me (I think her name was Mary?) was so nice and helpful...she made me feel very comfortable while in her store... At one point I ordered a winter jacket, after being told numerous times over a six month period it hadn't come in yet I simply gave up, never called them back and never heard from them regarding my order. I've likely had between 6-12 instances in which I'm told they are going to check the status of something I ordered and I never hear back from them. Most recently, I wanted to order a vest to carry and thought it would be easiest to go through them since they have all my measurements from previous visits. A gal tells me she has to check on something and she would call me right back and per usual, I never heard back. At this point I am finished with them as their business model of assisting customers is essentially non-existent. I see far more attentiveness from High School kids working drive-though and that is a sincere statement. From here on out I will travel out to Plymouth for my needs even though it is a little out of the way just to ensure I never have to deal with this junk business ever again.

Furthermore, this location (all of the company?) has finally started carrying Landau scrubs for men. Those two things are game-changers for this location and it now deserves a second look if you had soured on it in the past. Adding men's Landau scrubs now gives it a respectable selection of styles to choose from and, as long as you're willing to give jogger scrub pants a try, the guys should be able to find a pant that meets their needs.

I have practically lived in my pants since the pandemic and felt it was time for some new pairs. Even though somewhat frayed in the cuffs mine still have lots of life left. There is a large variety of styles which can be confusing (at least for me) so it is nice to have brick and mortar store to actually look at the products and try them on. This store is well stocked and the staff were helpful in pointing me in right direction to find what I was looking for. I ended up buying four pairs of pants. The store is located in a shopping center at the North West corner of the intersection of 494 and Lyndale Avenue South. Parking is abundant.

I waited until 2:35 pm and no one was there- sign still up and doors locked. I tried calling the store 2x and there's not even a voicemail. I like to give the benefit of doubt but this is so very unprofessional. If you're not going to be open as your hours post online and on the door- put a "closed" sign up. My rating is a "0." I will be taking my business to another more available, reputable and professional scrub store.

The staff member working was very nice, and very helpful! I asked her if they were able to order a specific scrub in a smaller size, and not only did she look it up for me, she also led me to a line of scrubs that were small enough for a petite. I will be coming back to this store for all my future scrub purchases!
