I was expecting a good local seafood restaurant, but this was an excellent dining experience all the way around. It's a small, casual place where you immediately feel welcome. The service was great, but the food was the real standout here; fresh, local ingredients, well-prepared and presented. I started with a mushroom appetizer and followed with a halibut filet served over fettucine with some of the best shrimp I've tasted on the side. Possibly the best meal I had in Scotland.
