I attended this show as part of a bachelorette party, and I was floored by how dedicated and hard working the men were. Very big resumes a ha. They were well rounded (including one Brazilian man). Check-in is super simple, you are able to get change for large bills and your name will be on a list. Greg and Scott were my favorite people out of the night! First off I just wanted to say I had a great time, but only because my best friend was with me and she got me drunk AF. I purchased VIP tickets for her and I to celebrate my 30th birthday. When we arrived I noticed one of the performers greeting the guests that were seated before us and the guests seated next to us, but didn't acknowledge us at all. It wasn't until he found out that I was the one who would be up on stage with him in his act that he decided to give us any attention. I got on stage for the "Latin Lover" performance and that was pretty cool. But of all the performers there only 2 came over to us. Everyone else went to the girls who were seated next to us. The seats we got for our "VIP" section, didn't seem very special. People were constantly walking in front of us and blocking our view of the show. Plus we were packed on a couch with other people, which I didn't really like. The one thing that upset me the most was the fact that I had ordered 2 drinks, one for my friend and one for myself, and my friend gave me her card to pay for it. I gave the card to the performer to pay for our drinks, but for some reason he had also charged my friend's card for a drink that a girl sitting next to us had ordered! That ensured that I will never go to this event again. They said that they love all women there, but as a tall, black BBW, I did not feel the love and attention that was given to all the cute, skinny girls that were there. No disrespect to them, because they were gorgeous, but I feel that if my friend and I paid good money for a show like this and even paid extra for the "VIP experience" then that's what I should've got and we didn't. Went out on Saturday for a girls night, the choreography from the men were fun and great song choices too! I also liked the outfits and loved that there was some humor in the performances as well! A lot of the men were pleasantly nice, respectful and charismatic and despite me being slightly shy they make you being out that wild side. They also wanted to "buy me a man", so one of them had to be in line when doors opened at 7pm, so that we could get first choice. When we finished up with dinner and got our ID's checked, we went through the line and got seated right away. For drinks, our group each got a shot of Tequila, which turned out to be pretty pricey. We sat near the stage, which is the best place to be. I wasn't sure what to expect, but all the shows were very entertaining! I was called on stage for the second act, which was Spartan. I was strapped to a wheel, while they fight and pretend to do dirty things to me LOL. At the end of my act, the main character unstrapped me and carried me away so that the staff could take a photo of us as a keepsake. All of the men there have really nice bodies and are extremely friendly and nice. To be honest, I was somewhat afraid to come here, but everything is done tastefully and the men are only allowed a kiss on the cheek or do some harmless spanking. I liked that they all wanted to carry me though haha- I felt like a damsel in distress. After the show, the men are available for lap dancing, but the one I wanted was still in training, so I sat back down. Little did I know, that two of the servers gave me a lap dance anyways, so this was my first experience with that. When I told my friends this was the plan for bachelorette debauchery, a third of them passed. I collected feedback as to why they didn't want to go. They thought it would be "gross", and that the guys were "spray tanned orange" and "on steroids". That was not the case at all, they're very attractive and not greasy, orange, or enormous. As for being assaulted by these beefcakes, you can get the seats far in the back to simply enjoy the excitement without the personal attention ;) Everyone will have fun!!!!!!! We had a BLAST. It was the perfect bachelorette outing. Scott, the Owner, was a dashing 50 something suited guy, taking to the mic to host the show. We lovingly referred to him as the Silver Fox. He made the event really fun with some jokes here and there, as well as letting us know what's happening next etc. Favorite line of his from the night: *To the bachelorette on stage, after an act* "[Now now] You can't touch his penis like that" LOL! We died laughing because she most likely did no such thing but the audience viewpoint leaves room for question, and that's amazingly embarrassing. Logistics-wise, it's a disaster getting to the show on time if you don't know better (which we didn't). The show started at 8pm and doors open at 7pm. We planned to be nerdy and arrive at 7pm (Not needed btw, hardly a line). Exited Vine at 6:50pm (As per Siri) and went around back to Hollywood and Highland. Crawled on Highland for 45 minutes. NOT JOKING. Everybody and their momma was trying to turn into the Hollywood and Highland complex. We finally turn into it at 7:45pm and find a sign (once too far in the garage) that says it was full and to turn around. WOW! So please, park anywhere else but there, and walk. We got to the show 5 minutes to start. Recommendation: if you want to try the main complex entrance, at least exit Highland instead of following Siri into the pits of doom by exiting Vine. There is a 15% auto-gratuity on drinks. We didn't really know this, but additional cash tips to your waiter's pants would be nice. Pictured here is Roddy, their newest waiter. Basically, he's amazing. And everyone melted in his wake. The dance acts get you excited even if you're there reluctantly with a closed mind. Dancing is dancing after all! They are talented and each act is unique. Yes, it does get a little crazy, but it's really a blast for birthdays, girls night out, heartbreaks, divorces, and good old fashioned attention. You might find your drinks are slow to come out once the show really progresses. Be prepared to be targeted for lap dances as the dancers circulate the audience. We were in the VIP booth by the DJ and it happened to me a lot. They are sweaty, for sure. But they're really sweet and move on quickly. It's a lot of fun! We were seated immediately upon arrival and we were greeted and offered drinks, 2 Casamigos Blanco over ice, 1 margarita and 1 Cazadores Reposado, $95.93 INSANE, also I was told that it was only 1 card for the table, fine, but when the server came back with our drinks and asked for my card there was no bill so I asked "how much?" the servers response "I don't know I'm not the bartender", are you serious, what kind of service or response is that?! I also did not get a receipt when I asked for one because " we don't print receipts here" I have worked as a bartender myself and that is absolutely ridiculous. I was not happy with that because how do you charge someone with no bill to review the total and no receipt.. The servers response "check you bank to see how much it was" I check and it reflected $79 but since gratuity is automatic the actual bill was $95.93, ridiculous. If the Station 1640 owner comes to your table and says he doesn't know you, the bartender doesn't know how to make a signature drink and the server tells you to scan the menu, but then when you try to order, he says that he forgot they do not serve the food that's on the menu...come here. I've never been to see male dancers before, but a friend was told by a dancer there, to come out and bring friends and he would comp us. The front desk was told this and let us in, we were even escorted to a booth and told us they would get us closer if one of the table parties did not show. It turns out the owner only allows strippers mom's to come as guests, people like that is what he said. Hmm, what mom comes to watch her son strip?! He scolded us to the point that we started to gather our coats and bags to leave as to not cause any problems. The owner was rude to ladies with money, made this an uncomfortable non-experience, and therefore my friend and I left their half empty nightclub and went next door to the Elbow Room, which was great. Although the other two in our party stayed, I chose not to spend my money where I did not feel welcome and where this business owner was singling us out for what we were invited to because he didn't know who we were. I took my girlfriend last night to the Hollywood Men show. She was feeling kinda down and I hope this would cheer her up. Since there was just the 2 of us, I figured we can just line up at 7pm and hope for some good seats. They only accept advance reservations for parties of 4 or more. I know how horny club women are, so I didn't reserve in advance because people have a tendency to flake. Since there were SO many reservations last night, we had to take a booth way in the back. You could still see, just further away. If you don't reserve in advance, general admission tickets are $25, but you could pay more for VIP. We were lucky to be upgraded right as the show started. We were reseated by a guy later on referred to as "Dan the Man". That was nice for him to remember us!! Thank you, Dan!! The drinks can be pricey. If you pay by card, they add a 15% automatic gratuity. But don't go to this show unless you plan on spending MONEY!!! Tickets, parking (don't forget to get your ticket to the Hollywood and Highland complex validated before you leave. It was $15 with validation.), drinks (averaging about $13 each), buying lap dances for your girlfriends ($10 each), but then LOTS and LOTS of singles for "making it rain"!! And my friend and I drink a lot, so you can see where everything adds up. But, what the heck? You only live once, you only get married once (we hope!), and birthdays happen only once a year, so GO NUTS!! Tickets were $25 per person (my friend's friend made a reservation, so I'm not sure if it's more expensive without a reservation, but either way, if you're coming with a big group, be sure to make one in case). Definitely perfect for bachelorette parties! REMEMBER, bring CASH CASH CA$H and dollar bill$! If you're planning to order drinks and paying with cash, give exact change! Unless you wait the waiter taking all of your change, pretending he thought it was a generous tip... (we had to ask the waiter for our change before he'd give it back to us) The layout of the seating area was a bit interesting: setup like a cafeteria area, with chairs and tables, so you're not exactly facing the men, but you'd have to turn sideways to get a good view. I prefer that that layout be an audience-stage one, with chairs facing the stage. But I guess the waiters can reach the crowd easily with the current set-up. Total of 7-9 male strippers/performers on stage, and each had their little dance theme. They definitely saved the best for last to rowdy up all the ladies in the crowd. Friendly waiters who like to touch you, seduce you, scare you, and drop ice down your shirt. Personally, I'm not a fan of being touched by strangers. But it was fun for this occasion. At first we were nervous about purchasing tickets because online its a 4 ticket minimum to purchase and it was just my friend and myself, but after just a quick email conversation with one of the owners, Scott, we were able get on the attendees list no problem! The venue was kept clean, easy to navigate around tables and aisles, drink prices were normal for Hollywood (tourist town = tourist prices, so no room to complain, this isnt your local dive bar!!) and the waiters were all handsome just as much as the dancers themselves. Diante (i apologize if i spelled your name wrong, darlin!) was our waiter and he was a doll! Made sure we knew how everything went down for the night since we were newbies and even stayed around to chat for a bit. Surprised that we were there "just because" (btw ladies, no one ever said you need a special occasion to go to a male strip show, theres ALWAYS time to go! Lol) and one other waiter I WiSH i got his name but he was adorable, i just smiled at him and he caressed my face for a second because his hand was cold and my face was warm! If you're reading this and that was you, i owe you a hug lol The dancers were great too! A nice variety of acts and the music was BOMB!!! Top 3 acts of the night, Mans World, Cowboy and Mr Grey!
