Although, I waited until recently, KTAG Alarms was prominent on my project list. There are too many words in the dictionary that reflect Kevin's work ethic, but if I may share a few, they are conscientious, meticulous, phenomenal, and reliable. After an initial consultation where Kevin came out to assess my needs, we agreed on a plan and a time to execute it. Due to my lifestyle, I am not easily accessible, but Kevin made sure to work around my schedule. My project was ripe with challenges, and where many may have given up in defeat, Kevin soldiered on...his motto being: "I promised you a service and I will deliver." Kevin worked tirelessly to ensure that I received his 'white glove' service. While there were some unseen costs outside of the agreed budget, Kevin footed those himself because he honors his commitment and his word is rock solid. Punctuality is his forte...when Kevin says he will be there at a certain time...he shows up 10 minutes early to fulfill his promise. Here we are in January 2021 and they've continued to automatically draft my payment and refuse to give me a refund. I even received a call back from a supervisor named Summer, to say my account had been closed and I would no longer be charged, the voicemail wasn't enough evidence to get a refund. I'm beyond frustrated, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! I will be disputing the charges with my bank. Stay away from SELECT SECURITY!
