He was very thorough and explained things to me multiple times as the plumbing world is very foreign to me. I felt he was very honest with what exactly needed to be done in order to fix the pipes that were leaking in the attic. During this time, I also had received other quotes that were astronomically high for the same amount of work that Stephen was going to be doing for me.
