I went today to refill a propane tank. Never done this before. the girl at the customer service desk, the white lady, wearing a baseball hat on July 3, 2026 at approximately 11:45 am... was a complete and udder rude B. I asked where I get the tank refilled and she just says outside. I kinda stare at her for a second.... Waiting for some more direction... because I just came in from outside... and clearly, I didn't see where I was supposed to go... because there I was at the counter. She made a face at me like "what Do you want?" So I proceed to say "I'm sorry, but where outside. Ive never done this." .... she again, makes a face as if she smelled the worst fart of her life and just says "outside". and rolls her eyes. And then I say okay where outside? "the kiosk!" Was the response. With just pure annoyance on her.... Like isn't this your job? You're working at a LITERAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK. I won't come back to this location. I hope she gets some training on how to not be a complete and total C U Next Tuesday to your future customers. Bad customer service and bad work on the part of management and the flooring and windows department! Installer goes to pick up 11 custom cut blinds after I was called by the project specialist, Jackie, and the supervisor Michael promised to refund a portion of my money and that the order was correct! The installer gets to my home 5 blinds were not cut at all. Another set of blinds was labeled for the bedroom and they were cut too short! And of course when I call the store, Jackie is out of the office and Michael is on vacation! I will be calling for my all of my money and then some back. This is bad business and a waste of my time! Not a great selection compared to other HD locations, but has most of the basics. Staff (when you can find them) are usually helpful. Most of the time you will have to hit the self checkout lines (because they don't have any cashiers working). This can be especially annoying when one of them is down and one is card only. You will be at the mercy of how quickly the rest of the customers can check out. Of course, when I went around noon on a Wednesday, most of the people using the self checkout have probably never used a computer. The 'register monitor' just kind of stood in the middle of the floor, refusing to assist in any way. Maybe it was a source of entertainment for her and helped her to pass the slow Wednesday afternoon. read more

As Home Depot's go, this ones not my favorite. It's understaffed and the majority of the time they are out of what I'm looking for and I have to go to the store in Golden Ring. I would just go the Golden Ring store first, but this is one is much closer to me so I have to check it first. I haven't really had a bad experience, it's just that this store seems to be the forgotten store and usually has the worst selection. It's fine for common items, but not things where you want a large selection of different models to choose from. read more

I only give one star and that is for the nice lady at the paint department. I went to return a couple of items and the woman acted like I was taking money out of her pocket because it was now out of the wrapping. Stating; "How are we supposed to sell this to customers now?" Her name is Stacey at Customer Service and her along with the other lady working customer service have bad attitudes! The man in front of me even asked the woman if she was having a bad day because her attitude and tone was so egregious. To which she answered no. Once he finished his return and walked away I heard him mumble under his breath; "Well, I guess than you're just a B word every day." With all the available jobs these days, if you're not happy at your current one, get a new one! Don't make everybody else offer for your poor choices. My husband is a state trooper. He had just finished his shift and decided to run in quickly to grab something. He asked a women for assistance who worked there. She start up told him no she would not help him. (As he was in uniform). He asked again if she seriously wouldn't help him, which she again replayed no. He had to walk around the store to find someone else to help, and when he did a gentleman helped him, kindly. But I cannot believe simply because he was an officer in uniform she refused to help him. I've put up with Home Depot for a long time simply because it's closer/lighter traffic, but 1 can only put up with such a disaster for a store for so long. I've put up with poor service, my credit card information being stolen from there, servicing (closure) of the lumber aisles during peak hours, forklifts and other equipment being parked/left in front of lumber, fewer and fewer employees with even a smidgen of experience in their respective departments, cashier who can't shut up long enough to focus on the customer, just to name a few complaints. When I went in today for treated 2x4's (likely the most common lumber sold), 1 pallet is blocked by a forklift and is still strapped together, and the other pallet put it to shame. These idiots stacked an additional 2 pallets atop of a loose pallet, then left those strapped as well. Not only is this ridiculously lazy, it's also quite unsafe to have the top of a lumber pallet at 5' in height. When I did find 2 employees in the department (chatting amongst themselves) and tell them of the pallets, this genius actually asked me if I wanted him to cut it, and in a tone that suggested that he'd be doing me a favor. While I have no experience in sales/retail, it doesn't take an Engineer to figure out that the lumber department is basically 1 big pissing match between shifts. Morning shift comes in to find a half a## job done by the evening group, does a lazily poor job restocking to teach them a lesson, and the customer gets the repercussions. I've heard many 1st hand stories of dismal pay and insane turnaround, and while I can also assume it has much to do with these conditions, it would only be speculation. read more

Lowes"" Lowes"" Lowes"". One of the worst overall business transactions I've ever experienced. I will spend my home improvement dollar at Lowes from now on. The rep in the appliance department lies. This man lies worst than Donald Trump. After cereal lying he then proceeded to interrupt while the next rep was trying to help , so I decided to order my refrigerator mother board on line. I paid for over night shipping , the next day no part, so then I call customer service and speak to a Betty Lynn or Jody Lynn or somebody Lynn who tells me that even tho I paid for overnight I should have known that Sat or Sun would not count as days. She then told me that I should have verified the date to make sure it was correct ; even though, my receipt shows over night and the 27.00 fee that I was charged was for over night. I'm a fairly smart human being.. If the policy excludes Sat & Sun unless you pay an additional fee just say so don't dullshi* the consumer and have some dopes answering the phone and suggest that I should have paid closer attention to the internet prompts. I recently purchased a refrigerator online from Home Depot. When they came out to my home to deliver it, they asked if I shut off the water to the water line leading to the refrigerator, which I had. However, there was a small pin shut off leading to water line connect directly to my old refrigerator. One of delivery men started twisted the pin and it started leaking. He tried to turn it off but could not. The other delivery man said not to touch that pin, but it was too late the damage was done. I turned it in small increments and it stopped. But they said they could not deliver my new refrigerator because I had a shut off valve that was leaking. After they left I noticed it was slowly leaking again. IT DID NOT LEAK UNTIL THEY, the Home Depot delivery men TWISTED THAT PIN. Now I have no refrigerator and a slow leak! I now have to call a plumber. I will never buy any major appliance from Home Depot ever again!!! read more
