The employee said I wasn't in the system. I spent 20 minutes shopping plus I drove 30 minutes to the store; I had an email verification that I could use the coupon, but still the nasty employee argued with me. What happened to "the customer is always right?" The three of us left, and went to Target where we spent $400. We still will be shopping at Amazon for the things we COULD HAVE BOUGHT at your store. If she was under my employ, she would not be working for me. By the way, two of us filled out the comment cards. I wonder if the manager will see them.

The employees are well trained, courteous and helpful. And listen, there is no bar code system in place at any Hobby Lobby, ok? The cashiers are doing things the best they can with the system they have in place, so if you can't wait 10 or 15 minutes in line to check out, then maybe order online and have it delivered. God forbid you should be a few minutes late for your Over 50 Yoga Class.

When I asked an employee who was sitting at a desk looking at his phone for help he told me he was waiting on an appointment. When he finally got up to help me get tile off the shelf he told "next time you make an appointment." A group of teenage employees laughing and horse playing when customer accompanied by a person in a wheel chair entered the store and asked the group of teenagers for help - one simply pointed in a direction. Nice new store in a great area, but management has failed to provide the most important aspect of a new business Customer Service.

Not one single employee made their way to me to even ask if I needed anything. I obtained some paint colors and left the store at 3:57 PM, to which one person at the register said,"Have a time day.". The audacity to not say hello when I walked in, but they damn sure said goodbye since I was leaving. As I walked to my car, that same employee locked the door at 3:58PM. If the store had cameras, all of this is caught on tape. Shame on management for not teaching their employees better. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable about their products. This will be my new go to stop to purchase the desired paint for my home. AND...the manager is all about customer service and making sure your happy with the time you spend in the store and product purchased is correct.
