I hate when sales people are on top of you, pressuring you to buy something so it was nice to have our space and know that if we needed help they were available. When I walked in Sara immediately told me she couldn't look me up and that she didn't know anything about the call that took place 20 minutes prior to me arriving. She didn't even attempt to type my name/number into the system as the employee in the other Sherwin Williams location did. She claimed she "couldn't do that" in a curt manner. Sara clearly had no interest in helping me and did not want to be bothered. This is not the first time this happened. When I told my boyfriend about this experience he told me the same thing happened to him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE. They do not care to do the bare minimum and you'll leave frustrated.

"Smoke on the Porch" seems to happen every Saturday and appears to be free, so we "reserved" two tickets and headed over. No one asked to see the tickets when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised that there were food samples available (and they were good quality) but nothing really going on, on the cooking demonstration front. We've had a Big Green Egg since the fall and use it often for grilling but it's always good to see what else it can do and learn other techniques. We were able to ask some questions about using the rotisserie accessory and also purchase a couple of cookbooks for new ideas of things we can do. Some of the employees were very pushy about making sales, perhaps a little over hospitable which is not our preferred style. I could see this being a great experience if you are looking for something a little more hands on. The classes are quite expensive but apparently include a lot of food as well, so I guess that could make it worthwhile. The company has done an excellent job of branding itself and creating a very loyal following. We are not die hards but good to know if we ever have an issue with the grill that we can come here for support, advice, etc. Lots of free parking right out front.

She came back with a can of Gumout without the straw. She was told didnt need the straw - really ? A hardware associate thinks starter fluid does need the straw ? ROFL. That was the whole reason sending her up there.. if I needed to search out a straw I would have used the half can of starter fluid I already had........ she went back to return and it was a PITA so she just split. Ya'll need to get it together........... Mayfield use to be consistently top notch and now?,,,,,,,,,,, it's hit or miss and lately..........miss. Excellent U-Haul service here if you need a truck for a move. I didn't even know they operated out…read moreof here, but I found them and booked online through U-Haul's website. I had to change my reservation multiple times before pickup and the site made it easy and there is no penalty for doing so. There are only a few trucks at this location compared to the Jimmy Carter one by Dunkin, but I feel like the customer service is better here based off reviews I've read about the latter. The ladies at this store were very helpful and sweet. I came back during my move to get bungee cords also which were a big help getting my mattress up stairs under a low hanging ceiling. They ran out of furniture dollies which I had previously requested but still had the regular ones available to use, so they just removed the item from my reservation. The truck I had seemed old as the driver side door seal was coming a little loose and took a few tries to close but no major issues. It stayed closed during my drive and move, and the 15 ft. truck was just right for my purposes. I would recommend this location if you need a small to medium size truck for work or a move.

I told her please call him. She calls and paints an untrue narrative. She finally rudely shouts his number. I contact him and essentially his level of service was equivalent to hers. I left the AirPods at the store and will be disputing the charges. The worst service one could receive. The associate below takes the time to google me and place a review on my place of employment with my full name . I will contacting an attorney- she has single handily placed this business owner now in a position of liability for harassment and defamation. I had an honest experience with this business and if this is a practice that is utilized to bully a patron into submission I will ensure this is handled legally.
