It was cool to see so many plants thriving in this humid atmosphere, wish I could have bought some to take home with me but they would not do well in the Vegas desert. Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable, and checked in on us while we were browsing. Good spot to grab a gift, they seem to have a good warranty program as well.

That said, I ran an errand for my wife to return a plant that did not make it to a year and would be covered under their warranty. My mother-in-law is a master Gardener and my wife is an ecologist who knows what she is talking about. But during my visit they had to get sign-off by two different people - one who confirmed what we already knew, one who apparently said "we didn't give it a fighting chance." Mind you, I'm hearing this all secondhand from an employee who was saying this to a cashier (and making sure I could hear her). It was a $45 plant, and the warranty was up in a week... And everything else we planted last year from them survived. They just need to do a little bit better here.

I will be back to buy more plants, and garden type stuff. They have solar lights, trelisses, fountains and pond care accessories. I very strongly reccomend anyone shop here for any gardening needs. And they have more than just plants. Landscaping material, stones bricks statues patio furniture etc. and prices on most items that beat walmart easily. My daughter's wedding was on October 28th. We were hunting live mums for decorating. We called MULTIPLE local nurseries. No one was willing to help, commenting that we could purchase what was left at the end of the season. As I continued down my list, I called best feeds on Wildwood. I had great experiences there before. I was shocked when the gentleman that answered the phone said to stop in and that they could certainly do something for me!!! He introduced me to two female staff members who were experts in matching colors, mums that bloomed later in the season, and sizes that I would need for each space. They also taught us how to make the blooms open at just the right time. The day of pick up they were all organized on a rack and ready to go. Can't say enough about the plant knowledge that the staff possesses. I really won't shop anywhere else for my plant needs moving forward. When that didn't work out went back to Adam, he said this guy can help. Ryan Way - Director of Sales. He began working on a Resolution, but after 2 weeks, he simply ghosted me. Didn't take any calls or emails. Adam then emailed me this. Hi Casey, I spoke with Ryan and it looks like the grill cannot be installed without the trim pieces. The cabinets will need to be adjusted for the doors to open properly. I contacted Jenn Air Directly. The Jenn Air put me in touch with their Master Designer and Builder. I explained to him everything that was going on that i shared with Hillmon/ Dons appliance and He knew what i needed. Thank you Tim Arends - Jenn Air's Master Builder. He found the correct trim pieces and shipped them to my house. I installed them myself, because there was no way i was asking Hillmon/Don's Appliance for anything ever again. I will never buy from Hillmon's or Don's Appliance's ever again. The whole experience was traumatizing. These 3 individuals were absolutely horrible at their jobs.
