I appreciate stores trying to offer a one-stop shopping experience but sometimes they simply muddy the waters. Here, you will find tubs, showers, kitchen appliances, lighting and faucets. I decided to visit this store in an effort to locate a tub filler for a Roman style tub. It needed to have a higher flow rate than standard fillers found locally. I was really expecting a generous line of faucets but found that their inventory was actually very limited. The one faucet that we liked did not come in our desired finish and that was disappointing. I like a simple, clean aesthetic and place function ahead of design. I found much of their selection was a bit fussy for my taste. If you also happen to be looking for lighting options, this store has a great selection of various types of lights for the kitchen and bath and the prices were approachable. This is a nice store for getting inspiration and browsing. Everything is nicely staged and the ladies are available to assist you as needed. ***This store is located along the upper end of 400, just south of the outlets. I had a $5,000 whole interior paint job done on my new home and within 5 months the paint has cracked in 3 rooms and the main ceiling is terrible. It is now coming off the ceiling / paint is falling off. Either the paint was watered down or other trick. Called the store and the local S.W Rep came out with this store owner and they said that it looked bad and they had never seen the paint do this before. Contractor then came out after 3 weeks of begging and I was told it was, and I quote "Bad Luck".. I would not use them to finger paint!!! TRUST ME.. S.W has good paint but do not use this store or its contractor F.C.D.. God Bless

Stopped here because they advertise that they have Sephora in their location - absolute waste of time . no one there working with Sephora and they just as well close the section because there is nothing there to buy. I needed a lip stick and they did not have anything at all in a real lipstick line. Just some of that awful gloss stuff that goes on with a sponge on a wand. Nothing much at all in the entire area. Should not even be advertised as having Sephora products.

They carry an entire stock of the items they carry and never have empty shelves. Finding what she is looking for is always easy. The checkout lines can get busy, but they do move and the cashiers have always been friendly and helpful on each visit. The Kohl's Cash rewards program is a nice feature and keeps Kohl's as an option when looking at running to Kohl's for an item or ordering from Amazon. I understand the expiration date on your Kohl's Cash but wish they stayed active slightly longer. Returns have always been an easy process when items do not fit properly. During the pandemic when dressing rooms were closed, we never had any issues with making a return. The dressing rooms are now back open and my wife and the few times I have used them have found them to be well maintained, private, and secure.

YES THAT'S ME.... I purchase 10 at a time at every visit because I'm afraid that one day they will stop carrying them. Everyone that works there now knows me as the "sweet tarts lady" as soon as they see me put down the handful sweet tarts at the register....not by face recognition, it's quiet funny. Tonights visit the shelf was down to 2 packs, usually there's always a case full. I said oh no my sad day has come. There was a person at the register I've never met before kindly he said maybe check the candy isle I kindly responded they usually don't keep them over in the food isle, they're always displayed at the front register candy area. Then to my surprise another man comes around the corner who I recognized (store manager?) He saw me and remembered me as the lady who loves those sweet tarts and kindly told me that he had placed the new box on shelf just for ME. It's always a pleasant personable, and friendly experience from ALL the employees that work at this location.
