    I just wanted to convey the terrible experience I had at the Home Depot in Mansfield, TX. First was I was in there Thursday last week to buy some stain for a trailer wood decking. Had a simple question about what I needed, stood at the paint counter with zero acknowledgment even after waiting for the person to be helped in front of me. Stared at them for about 5-10 minutes and just gave up. While I was there, I saw a sign showing the 11' LED umbrella on sale for $449. Fast forward to Sunday when I return to buy the umbrella with my wife only to discover that the sale price was only the tan one. Well there is NO indication of it being a single color. I've attached the picture of it to this. I figured it was just not ringing up correctly and when that wasn't the case, asked to speak to a manager. I told them it was obviously unclear. There was no tan ones around other than the display. (which is how it was when I was there Thursday). Basically told, "oh well" rudely. Now I've seen things in the wrong location with the incorrect label on it and think nothing of it. This sign had no indication that it was for on particular color. The only thing that I got out of it was that I no longer need to shop at Home Depot. Lowes had an almost identical one $100 off as well, but they didn't try to be deceptive by applying it to only one color way.

    Great customer service every visit but I had to recognize the staff on July 14, 2018. We were there around 11-1230pm and my husband had to return a gas tank with no receipt. He had just purchased it but needed a different one. We were shopping in store today so a store credit would suffice. We were greeted by a sweet Lady behind the counter and a Male associate next to the counter. They helped us quickly and were friendly. Shortly after, I found myself looking at succulents. I ended up with an Aloe Vera that was already potted! Under $5. Perfect for indoor use. Can't pass by these succulents without scoring a deal for something cute and easy to take care of! We checked out in the garden center and my husband had a few questions. The cashier was very knowledgeable. I have often been helped by him and can say, he is now my go to. What will I get on my next Home Depot adventure?

    I have a love-hate relationship with this HD. It's been hit-or-miss with everything from customer service, to product availability and quality, to the part that's been getting my goat lately: delivery. We bought a Samsung washer/dryer set from here, plus stainless steel hoses (additional $20)on April 9th. 1st delivery, the next Sat: got the dryer but refused washer because of a dent on the front bottom. 2nd delivery: They called DH's number even after I put my number down as the new contact. He was at work and didn't get the messages until after they came and left. 3rd attempt: Delivery company brought a washer with an even bigger dent and the delivery guys insisted we hang onto it. Uh...NO. (Don't ever sign for damaged items, people, unless you're cool with it as is.) After that, I called Home Depot to find other alternatives for getting the washer and was told that delivery is the only viable option for this particular one, unless we wanted to cancel. I said "No, we'll give them another chance. This will be the THIRD washer so Please ask them to be careful!" So no changes should have been made besides some notes about extra precaution in transit. A week passes and we don't get the usual heads-up phone call from the delivery company to let us know when they are coming. DH calls Samsung and...there's NO delivery scheduled for us. Anywhere. Neither to the house nor to the store. Not this week and not EVER. Someone between Home Depot, Samsung, and the delivery company (all separate companies btw) dropped the ball; but here, let us help y'all out by rescheduling ourselves. 4th attempt: Dent-free!! They hooked it up, started it and left with instructions to keep an eye on it just in case the water floods. 30 mins later, it was done. So more than a month after we purchased it, we finally have a complete w/d set! Without the stainless steel hose.

    They are not helpful. Their workmanship and coordination has caused issues for me in the past. Prices are not competitive.

Prices were actually really good, especially on the perineal flowers and the bushes. $8.00 for some of the 1 gallon plants, and all are well grown and healthy. Can beat that price elsewhere. We talked to some of the staff for some time in the office about plants and landscaping, listen to them and them listening to us in regard to our extensive landscaping at our residence. We wanted to see about a Cascade Falls Cypress, which is a weeping cypress tree, they didn't have any in stock, that's no fault of there's, as it's a rare tree that's hard to find, partly because they take years of growth before they can even sale a 3 foot tree. They have a supplier that has them but can't get any until next year. We will return to check on that tree as well as get some other good deals. They have a lot of hardscape items, flagstone, landscape stone, rocks, etc. this is a really nice place.

The photo wasn't of anything bad or wrong, it was not misleading or a misrepresentation, it was a legitimate photo of the outside area of the location that she says is shared with a landscaping company, tho what landscape company I do not know. The reasoning stated to me was that the landscaping company didn't want the photo of their area published. The photo was of the locations surroundings just as any Google maps search would provide, so it's not anything that can't be seen anyway. It showed their "shared space" which being "shared" still makes it part of this businesses space which serves as sort of a parking area. The rating on this review is based on the point of contact by the owner to manipulate the initial review by requesting removal of a photo that is a true representation of what is surrounding the business, part of their "shared space", this removes what is also a visual to allow others to find this out of the way place that is not on any main road. I don't feel it is appropriate for a business to private message a Yelp member for the sole purpose of manipulating what is on the review.

    We have 3 large flower beds and tend to our landscape almost on a daily basis. We have educated…read moreourselves on multiple plants and techniques to try to be successful. We have shopped here for a good while and spent a good deal of money at this nursery. They have a good variety and have had good success with our plants. We purchased 3 shrubs (plant in ground) and 3 plants (container) to go around our pool. Within 30 days, despite our effort to help them, they started to brown and drop leaves. We continued to try and help them rally but they continued to die. At about 60 days we took them back to find they only offer 7 day return policy. No store credit, no refund--nothing. This was a total of $200 gone. We have never been told of their policy for returns, it's "on the receipt". All other places we have bought from have a return of 6-12 months. We were shocked and saddened to see their response -- which we were told is because we hand water, no irrigation system and therefore had zero chance of any form of return service. We will not return and hope this helps others not make the same mistake as us.
