    I had made a purchase at the store Arlington, TX, 76018 and returned it to the Grand Prairie, TX, 75052 store and the Manager Kendall said that I cannot return it due to the way it was purchased, which makes no sense at all and after being there for over 10 mins. She refused to complete the return so I had to haul it back to the Arlington store and the cashier said that all she had to do was pick up the phone and call the Arlington store and they could HAVE RELEASED the HOLD status on it and as a MANAGER she should know how to do the return and complete a very simple task! I have been and still am in the CUSTOMER SERVICE business for over 22 years and would never say NO to a VALUE customer without even trying to help and she was quick to say NO.

    This was just an impulse stop to check out the plants. I did not actually go inside the store. I've been on the lookout for a bougainvillea. And their plant selection looked lovely from the road. They didn't have the particular plant I was looking for, but their selection was great. I was really impressed with their little pepper plants. They had everything from bell peppers, poblano, and ghost peppers. Not to mention the tomato plants and herbs. It was organized well, and the girls working the garden section were very friendly.

    Today I came to this Home Depot twice. The staff at customer service advised me about the Pro Account for contractors. Libbie I believe is her name was super thorough and walked me through using the account. This will save me so much money since we spend so much money here at Home Depot. Also the accounting and access to all my receipts is incredible! I came back the second time just now. Had 1 min to spare and the door was still open! Thank god because most places shuts it done or have someone guarding the door to the minute. Ran to go get my stuff with the help from a young lady at the paint section. She was sweet to take me to the electric aisle. However, we couldn't find it so she tried to call the department person. While she was making the call, I saw a man walked out from the back and he works in that department. As helpful as I been getting from everyone, he pulled his ladder and helped me find my 16-4 inch speaker cable! Bingo! I got the item and the young lady helped me carried it all the way to the counter, set it in the cart, and the staff all worked together to get the sensor tag off for me. This was past 5 minutes of closing and they all helped me accomplished what I needed to finish a job for my client tonight. Now that's call customer service! This Home Depot deserve a staff award for being here twice in a row with exceptional customer service. I hope corporate reads this to reward your staff for their contribution to your company.

    Needed to get a double oven to replace our old one... Gabi helped us find one and also provided approved handyman contacts to help install the oven (30" to replace our 26/27" old one) We really Appreciate her help, with focus on customer satisfaction and patience with which she answered our questions and helped get us set up in the system- very rare to find such awesome people nowadays Thanks to Gabi, I was able to come over the next day to pay for the double oven for which Zeke efficiently & gracefully helped out (after the handyman did an inspection to see if the new bigger oven would fit in the same space) ... all worked out just in time ensuring that we had a nice thanksgiving (impossible without a functioning oven lol)

She simply said "welcome," and waited to approach until it was apparent I was ready to be approached. I was a bit worried going in that it would be like the car lot experience. Thankfully, it wasn't. I saw the couch I wanted, and Jackie handily provided this information (anyone considering this place will find this helpful): Since I was a first time customer, I could get fres shipping on my items. (I didn't spend this much, so shipping was $79.99). They do finance (but I paid outright). The do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays (Yes to Saturdays). Generally speaking, the furniture is not available on site, same day. You purchase your items, and schedule a pickup or delivery. The warehouse is on Beach Street in Fort Worth. If they deliver they move in the item (even if you are upstairs like me). You can also pay to have your old item moved, $20 per item (as I did with my old couch). The game killer may be for anyone considering this place that you can't do same day. Also, if you need a Saturday delivery, you may have to wait even longer. Mine was delivered 30 mins ago and I ordered it 2 weeks ago. I have never heard of a "sofa emergency," so that shouldn't be an awful thing. The prices were very reasonable. My super swell sofa was $349. They also had a "Clearance Zone" with some good stuff! Jackie was able to communicate with me via phone following the process during business hours and handled all of my questions with ease. When the item arrived, Charles and Mike delivered, moved my old one, set up the new one, did a walk by with me to ensure quality, took photos and asked me to sign. You could tell they actually enjoyed their jobs. Thanks Sam's for making the little time I have off comfortable!

I was able to select the units I wanted, and discuss delivery and finalize price. It came out to just over $500 for the washer and dryer, $65 for delivery and setup plus an extra $20 (they charge $10/floor) for delivery to my 3rd floor walk up. My card was expired so I paid cash to which he said he'd knock off the sales tax for a cash payment. Score, saved myself almost $50! I was able to get my delivery the next afternoon, and Matt arrived on time with both machines, hooked them up and ran a cycle to be sure both were working properly. My entire experience was seamless and pain free, and the 90 day warranty they offer on their appliances lets me know they stand behind their work. The store is small but has a large selection of different types of washers and dryers - front and top load, etc. Not only did they listen closely to what we were looking for - since not everyone wants the same type of features - but actually tested a few to make sure they would fit our needs. So helpful and friendly! The pricing is comparatively inexpensive for the units and delivery with install. We made our purchase and set up delivery very quickly which was a huge relief. Delivery was on time, efficient and included a test to make sure all was working well. 3 months later the machines continue to perform without a hitch and they were quick to tell us that they would stand by the quality and working conditions of the washers and dryers so to call them if anything went wrong. Excellent!!

    I went to Texas Appliance to looking for a selection of appliances. I was greeted by a helpful…read moresales associate who showed me around and answered all my questions. The next day, I followed up about an oven and was assured it was in stock. After a few emails, we finalized the details, and I waited for an updated invoice by email. Then, communication completely stalled. After a couple of days without a response, I reached out to the store and discovered that my sales agent was no longer with the company. To make matters worse, I learned several crucial details had been overlooked, including the need for an in-home measurement and additional installation fees. On April 25th, I paid for both the oven and the measurement fee. After the measurements were completed, I contacted the store again, only to find out that my new sales agent was on leave. The store manager stepped in, and I had to bring him up to speed on my order. He then informed me there were issues with LG warehouse, and that everything had to come from California--meaning there was no definite timeline for when my oven would arrive. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since my original salesperson had assured me that I would have it within 10-15 days. Over the next several weeks I heard nothing from the store. I called asking for updates and continue to get the same message, we do not know when it will be in. Fast-forward 30 days from my first visit--I finally received a call letting me know the oven had arrived. However, before installation could proceed, I was informed that I had to pay the $540 installation fee upfront. I asked if I could pay on the day of installation. I had already paid $3000 for the oven and I would really like to wait and see it before I paid any more money. They refused, citing store policy. The store manager even called me saying there was no way they could do it to where I paid for the installation on the same day. At that point, I had lost all confidence in the process and requested a refund. If they are willing to loose my business over a "store policy" and $540, then I will go some where else. I initially chose Texas Appliance expecting a higher level of customer service, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. I realize they cannot control the shipping delays with LG. However, with all the issues with my order, when it came down to a simple store policy, they were unwilling to budge. I was not asking for a discount. I just simply asked to wait and pay the installation when I actually saw the work bring doing.
