I pointed out the tag and all the girl had to say was "Sorry, inflation." Her attitude more than anything else prompted this review. I'll pay more and support local, but not for the attitude. FWIW - I ordered it online before leaving the parking lot for $69.99...no attitude either.

He was so patient and kind while I sat on every single couch! He helped me measure and price them AND he hand delivered it a few days later! He is exceptional! Store attempts to sell items with incorrectly labeled prices and when you tell them the items price…read moreis not as stated on the shelf tag they refuse to sell you the item at their displayed price. I took a picture of the item in the shelf and the price it was showing and I was told by the manager I could pay the price that it should have been displayed with. I told the manager he could correct the shelf tag but he should sell me one at the price that it was displayed with. He refused to honor the displayed price. This store definitely should be avoided and manager should be retrained. This store is customer no service.

Sure enough... they didn't let me leave the store until they explained what replacement chain to buy when I need to. They put Gas in it and ran it to make sure it didn't have any issues. I go to ace because of the quality of the products they offer. If I have a project or need to do a work around... There are people there that have experience in almost everything I've had to do. The big box stores have lots of stuff... but good luck getting help finding what you're looking for!
