Yes it's expensive and yes the service isn't great, but it has a bunch of different options and it's good for browsing for sure. One of the best stores of its kind for browsing, I might add, and in some ways I think it's better than Bed Bath & Beyond honestly. And it has pretty good prices on lighting too and a lot of other places don't these days. I wasn't sure between 3 and 4 but Barbi insisted on 4.

I checked it against the faucet the had quoted it was from and it looked totally different. But the part looked the same. I decided to risk it and order the part anyway. The store is nice clean and has good lighting. The employees are nice and helpful. Go shop at this place as they have several things on sale. It was a floor model, as ordering would have taken several weeks/months. We hired an electrician to install our fixtures (Elaine's couldn't offer install on our high ceiling fans). Blake offered a reorder but that would have cost us more $ for the electrician to come out multiple times. I suggested our electrician could solder the piece back on or I could but I'd need to buy would need to buy a solder kit. I emailed and asked Blake if Elaine's would offer us a STORE CREDIT of $100-200 for our trouble and to mitigate some of our extra expense due to the chandelier arriving damaged. Blake responded that I could have 10% off a future purchase. I do not recommend Elaine's. The chandelier arrived damaged. We had to incur the costs of having it fixed. When I offered a very reasonable customer service solution, it was denied. The items can be found at other establishments, some for less expensive. This was a disappointing experience, especially based on how many fixtures we purchased.
