I was recently there to drop off a watch for some modification to the bracelet. The woman I spoke with was very nice. She told me it would probably be done later that day. Sure enough, a few hours later I received a text telling me I could pick it up. I was also pleased to find out how inexpensive the service was. I will definitely be back. Unfortunately, recent development on Cedar Avenue has reduced the amount of store front parking, but it's still not that much of an issue.

My mom grabbed a few candles and brought them up to the counter. She had a few questions about the Vuse Vibe E-Cig that was previously recalled and he rudely answered her that it was never recalled and there's nothing wrong with them. They were, in fact, recalled, because they sent her a letter to mail them in and refunded her for them. She has been wanting to find one just like it and noticed the Vibes, so she wanted one. He grabbed it and rang it up along with the candles without saying anything else or asking her if she had any other questions. I went over to look at the CBD oil as she was doing this and could very clearly hear their interaction. I then walked back to the counter to look at vapes and vape pens and had a few questions, as I was looking to get another Subvod vape and wanted to know if the pens would be anything like it. He replied that the pens used cartridges and wouldn't be what I was looking for, and gave me no recommendations for what else I could use. He went to the back, so I went to look at the actual vapes, and noticed that there was a brand similar to my Subvod, so I asked if the store sells this brand. He was bent over putting cigarettes packs on display and didn't even look up at me, just, very rudely, responded no, and offered me no help or assistance to find one that I might be interested in. I was going to ask about this brand, and had more questions about the CBD oils and juices, but at this point I felt very frustrated and like my mom and I were a burden for being in there and asking questions about these products, so we left without spending anything else. I would not recommend this store, the Smoke N Vape shop in Owatonna MN, to anyone and will never come here again. This is the worst I've ever been treated as a customer at any smoke shop or store.

I had a very specific way I wanted the mats cut. She took notes, helped me with mat and moulding selections, and promised to have it ready in an expedient fashion. When I picked up the framed art work I was "wowed" with the flawlessness. I loved the piece and hung it proudly in my home. By the way, she has a lot of other nice art on display. There's a decent amount of parking, but the area around the gas pumps is a little too cramped for me. I have little experience with the gift shop and pharmacy, but the pharmacy does have a drive-through window! Outside the gift shop is an area that sells potted and hanging plants. Inside there's a small eating area between the gift shop and convenience store. The convenience store is fine, but the only thing that really stands out to me is the variety of drinks. I like places that have a lot of oddball brands and flavors. On my last visit I got a can of Lift Bridge Cream Soda, and the flavor was 'mini donut'. It was strange, but it was also very good, and very mini donut-y. I've always found the service to be friendly. I rate this store above average for having the most amount of services of all the similar local places.
