This location is convention my house so it is easy to pop in. I needed some gardening supplies. They still had a good selection of plants and potting soil not as many seed packets though. I was also looking for paint and wood stain. They no longer carry Minwax so that was disappointing. Prices are comparable to Lowe's and Ace Hardware. The store is huge. I just bought a washer drier at Home Depot. Everyone at the store was very helpful. When it was delivered, I showed the guys where it was going on the third floor. They went outside and in a few minutes, they called me to show me a big dent in the front. I spoke to appliance people at Home Depot and they were very pleasant and rescheduled. Second delivery came and was also damaged after they saw it went on the third floor. The third delivery was supposed to be a "White Glove delivery" where they checked everything prior to delivery. Third time it came with a messed up plug that couldn't plug in or replaced. I called to cancel, was told I wouldn't get the credit to my card for 7 to 10 days. I asked for a supervisor, was told one would call me back in 30 to 45 minutes, but no call. Has anyone else ever had 3 deliveries of damaged appliances???? read more

This is the worst place to buy anything. To venture down here will make you frustrated and angry. If you can't find what you're looking for just leave because you'll never get assistance. To get something delivered direct from the store will leave you waiting all day as they give you a 14 hour delivery window. Oh and they probably won't deliver your entire order and you'll never be able to get compensated for their mistake because nobody at this store cares about you. If you try to get something shipped to the store for pickup give yourself an extra 2 to infinity weeks after it is delivered to the store before it is available for pickup. WARNING!! Do NOT order anything online for delivery to this store. I did - and when I went to pick it up on a Saturday I discovered I had to wait in line with all the ppl returning shit. Between the guy returning several huge beams and the one with 30 sacks of concrete on his sled, and a dozen other customers waiting to have their items scanned for a refund, I realized my pick-up which should have taken one minute would be more like an hour. I left. Returned Monday but they were closed due to riots. Okay. No problem. Except that they emailed a notice stating that my order would be cancelled if not picked up in two days. Instead of wasting another trip I tried calling to confirm they are open. No one picks up the phone. In any dept. So they must be closed, right? Went online to find out, but got directed to phone "service" which is all recordings. No updates about any changes to store hours. Nothing at all that helps. I went back again after being notified that my order was finally complete - but the line for returns slash pick-ups was longer than ever. I went home empty-handed and found an email THANKING ME FOR PICKING UP PART OF MY ORDER - WHICH I HAD NOT!!! My first visit here at this location, they had everything I wanted in stock. When I was in the cleaning section..two gentle walked by and asked if I needed help, in-which I did on finding a proper duster..I wish these two guys were around when I was in the bathroom department trying to find a toilet seat...I was in this aisle for about 12-14mins trying to decide on which toilet seat I wanted and if I wanted plastic or wood...I had no idea picking out a toilet seat required so much thought good thing I did watch a toilet seat video on installation on homedepot's website I was able to measure my toilet seat before i came in the store so I know that I needed a rounded size. Anyhow, after I went to another department to seek help, I found one of the guys that helped me with the duster and he called someone over to help me in aisle 27 and "Big Ed" came and helped me with what I was unsure of, and "Smiley" told me what tool I needed for my toilet seat because i thought I needed a wrench. At the self checkout I was able to get my bucket on a slight discount by them taking off a small amount off my bucket because it was damaged pretty bad and was the last one of that kind and the manager on duty "Tiffany" gave the approval to "Christian" -whom was very polite and helped me out with checking out my items ..also, a lady named "Yee or Vee" assisted with the checkout as well. All in all I had a pretty solid first time experience at this location...I was going to give 4 stars because there was no one in the bath department but once the guy called for help in that department, Big Ed did come to the department pretty swiftly and all the other employees politeness aided as well. read more

I placed on an online order yesterday to be delivered to my home same day. It sounded great! Except my items never came. I called today, and they had no explanation about why it wasn't done, but rescheduled for today by 8p. At 8:30, I called the store again to determine why it wasn't delivered. Again, there was no explanation, and the employee told me the items had not even been picked and set aside yet. We chose Home Depot over Lowe's because they had the paint color we wanted. That turned out to be a mistake. Since they could only deliver it to the store rather than our home we opted for curbside pickup. After blowing us up with texts for a few days saying our order is ready for pickup, it turned out that wasn't true. We arrived at the designated area and followed the sign to 'call this number, this extension' we tried calling for 25 minutes, no answer. Kept waiting, and we asked the associate directing the line outside and he was short with me and directed me back to the pickup area or come back later. Nobody wanted to help, and nobody answers the phone. We will have to wait until at least next weekend to paint. Ironically they had time to send another text that our orders ready for pickup minutes after we left. An epic waste of our time. Hopefully they'll answer their phone next time we arrive. Will 100% be bringing out business to Lowe's next time - at least their staff is pleasant and helpful. read more

Ordered a Range from this store, and on delivery day i waited all for it to be delivered, it was suppose to be delivered between 8-noon, at 4:00 i called and was told the item was damage and need to be reorder through the manufacture. Not a single communication from Home Depot regarding the damage and delay. I like this place because of the location! So convenient...it's right across the street. But it is very hard to try and find a helper when needed. I see them around when I don't need them, but when I need them, luck has it that I can never find anyone. I must be jinxed. I come here when I need quick items to fix things or for packing boxes. The boxes are cheaper than Uhaul and seems to be a little stronger too. Home depot is great for the fixer upper items, but if you want a bigger variety of fancy lights and such, you need to go to Lowes. Very convienient to me! It's literally right across the street. Come here when I need a quick fix on things that all of a sudden break in my home. Not as clean as Lowes, but it has almost everything needed. I feel home depot is more of a place constructions crew go to because they are very well stocked with good priced items, but I feel as if they don't carry much variety of nicer items (for example...lamps, ceiling fans, etc). If you want wood, items to fix your toilet that all of a sudden breaks!, or if you want a sausage sandwich (yea, they have a stand out front), this is your place. If you want really nice lighting for your home, better choices of rugs, etc, you can come here, but you're very limited. Oh, if you want help with things, be prepared to wait awhile for a worker to come into the aisle. I always seem to have difficulty getting a worker to come help me. My delivery has been delayed, recommitted, no call no show four times and counting. I wish I could rate this place even lower then one star. I needed to finish a room floor and was short one box. Went into aisle 3 for flooring and the product that I needed was not display out on the floor. It was located on the top rack that can only be taken down by forklift. I spoke to a rep PAUL and was informed that it might be a wait for a driver since there is only one driver there to do that job. I waited for 45 mins and I was not followed up with on my request for the one box I needed. I will not be revisiting this location do to my Horrible experience I had at this location. Don't even waste your time attempting to get any appliances from this store delivered. Paid for a next-day threshold delivery (which means the driver must bring the appliance INSIDE) on Friday. This driver calls at 6:35AM and says he's 5 minutes away. Im sorry but last time I checked, the fine print on the delivery receipt says the driver will notify you 30 minutes prior. So I end up missing my delivery & rescheduling for today. After already expressing how displeased I was to the driver AND customer support, they assured the delivery would go smoothly. That wasnt the case. The SAME driver comes back today at 7am, while literally DROPPING the refridgerator on the dolly (very carelessly), proceeds to tell me he cant bring it upstairs... even though the stairs are how you get INSIDE?! Nonetheless, he continued on saying the refridgerator wasn't going to fit through my doorway anyway. Lets understand, I did the measurements PRIOR to ordering, so I KNOW it wouldve fit. Just because youre driver is too lazy to turn the refridgerator depth-wise instead of width-wise, doesnt mean it "doesnt fit". Its common sense. If I knew the workers would be this incompetent, I couldve just got a feen out K&A to do the delivery. They wouldve probably been more appreciative of the tip I was willing to leave too. My dad, who lives out of state, ordered me a portable ac unit online as a housewarming gift for me to pick up at this store. My dad did not see an add a recipient option on the order form so the order used the billing info as the person who will be picking up the product. When i arrived at the online pick up counter at the customer service desk, all of the customer service associates where engaged in conversation and did not acknowledge me until i asked if i was in the right place to pick up online orders. An annoyed-looking lady named Chrissy told me that she couldn't help me because my name was not on the order. When i asked what I should do, she did not know and did not make any attempt to find out. At this point, i made a 3-way call with my dad and an online order customer service associate who was very friendly. The online order customer service rep told me that she needed to speak to the store associate on the phone. Another annoyed-looking associate named Marthe told me that she could not take the call from my phone so the online order customer service rep called the store directly. Marthe and Chrissy went back to their conversation and ignored the store phone when it rang. I actually had to say something to get someone to answer the phone. After speaking with a manager, the online customer service rep was able to get the product released to me. I realized when I got home that they only printed out the online order confirmation page (not valid for refund) and did not give me a receipt. read more

She was absolutely great! Laura knew her job well, cared about our wants and needs, and made it happened. When we had to rearrange certain things per our contractor, she was not upset, and had patients the entire way. Since I am over 60 and do not drive I wanted to avoid public transportation during this pandemic so I paid the $8.99 for home delivery. Confirmation email said I would receive a phone call about a half hour before delivery. My dogs alerted me to someone at the door. I opened the door and saw a man standing there, he said nothing but pointed down to the step. I opened the storm door and saw it was the Home Depot delivery. I brought the bag inside and as I was taking the items out I realized that some of the items I ordered were not in the bag. I checked the delivery slip to see if perhaps some things were out of stock. The delivery slip showed all items I ordered and the quantity I ordered but under amount quantity delivered it showed zero for every item including the ones that were in the bag. I tried calling the store. I got that lovely recording "your call is important to us" for about 10 minutes, then the phone started ringing approximately 25 times, and then back to the message, "your call is important to us", for another 10 minutes or more, then someone says hello, and just as you respond right back to the message, "your call is important to us,". After wasting 45 minutes of my life I hang up and call the 1-800 number. A very nice employee also had to wait to get through to the store but after trying several numbers she finally reached someone. She told me she talked to the store manager and he would be calling me. No one called that day or the next. I again called the 1-800 number. This person called the store. She said the manager apologized for not calling me and that someone named Regina would be calling me in the next 2 hours. Well it has been 4 hours with no call back so I am done with this store for good. I will call the 1-800 number one more time and request a refund for the items they did not send and will never order or buy from this store again. read more

In 06/2018 I ordered 2 entry doors and 2 storm doors. I paid approx $3650 for them. They were first out to be installed in Sept. Needless to say, between Sept. 2018 and Nov. 2018, I had nothing but problems. Either the doors were wrong or damaged, the storm door leaked, the other storms door was wrong size (they did the measuring). The front entry door wasn't installed correctly. Anyway, in Jan 2019, one of their Managers contacted me via phone and informed me that once everything was done to my satisfaction then we could talk "compensation." Here it is Dec 2019 and I still can't get a hold of Mr. Pedro Maldonado about being "compensation." All I want is $ 2000 put back in the credit card I used for pmt. I've sent numerous letters to Home Depot store, corporate, and HR. No response from anybody. And my wall is still cracked behind the door they installed (just had my living room & dining rooms renovated 3yrs earlier) AND the frame around the back of the door is split. I will NEVER get doors from any Home Depot again. I would also NEVER recommend anybody get their doors from them. Am I asking for too much? I kind of figured requesting $2,000 be credited back on my credit card is fair considering the length of time it took for them to get it right and all the waiting we had to do (through Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years), and the fact that they cracked my wall which still needs fixing. This is one of the few stores in the area that stocks tool chests on casters. I went there and was pointed to the tool corral where I found them out of stock. I asked a sales associate where they were as the online inventory showed five in stock. She found them high above and needed to get another team member to use the mechanism to bring them down.
