    Pretty good Home Depot, though in general I am not a fan of the big box hardware stores. But this lovation might have changed my opinion about some of that. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every department that I visited, including the Garden area, the Seasonal area, the Light Bulb area, and the Flooring area. It was a very pleasant visit, which is not always the case when one visits the local hardware store.

    I placed a "pick-up" order for new shelves and when I arrived the transaction went seamlessly. I needed to find brackets, screws and anchors for the shelving project. Ed swooped in and really guided me through the process. He was genuine and gave me several tips to making the project easier. Thank you!

    You may OCCASIONALLY find what you need here if it's a common item, but this is my 4th or 5th project in 6 months and the people working here NEVER seem to know what I'm asking for or what they're talking about in response. Last time, I even had to go back and try to re-pick out items somebody "helped" me find, and eventually just said f*** it and went down the hwy to Lowe's even though this place is walking distance from my home!! Im finally posting this cause I called this morning and asked for a dowel/barrel nut (see photo) and the guy literally said, "I have no idea what you're talking about". Now I do my research on every project so I know EXACTLY what I'm looking for (maybe not the exact size) but who memorizes all those?? I always give them as much detail as my brain can muster and they still NEVER come up with a solution to my issues, even in person they'll say "we can't help you". PLEASE SAVE TIME AND STRESS AND GO TO LOWES!!!!! They have a military discount as well and I've never had to double back because the customer service is out of this world, compared to this crappy Home Depot. I have learned my lesson for sure!

    Not the best Home Depot I've ever shopped. Limited outdoor plants. Poor parking also. Meh!

He quickly identified the real problem and assured us we did NOT have to defrost the whole frig for several days in order to see if it would work properly. He and his company were very responsive about timing, and took full responsibility for needing to come back after finding during the first visit that a part would have to be ordered. Pricing was very fair even before that, but not charging for the trip or labor for the second visit was truly impressive. I should add that the part was ordered immediately and installed on the next business day. I am delighted to have everything fixed after two years and will call ED for any future needs and ask for Nick if he is available.

I was in…read moreneed of someone to fix our washing machine, but when I came across ED Services site and reviews I figured I would ask if they could look at my dryer and electric stove top too. I was so kindly greeted on the phone, clearly told what the price for a visit would be and an appointment was made same day. Washing Machine: Nick ran all the error codes on my washer to figure out what the problem was and discovered it was simply a leaky door seal. His honesty was refreshing. Dryer: I was worried the lint was incredibly backed up and needed to be cleared. Also our vent hose had come off and needed to be re-attached. Again, with quick precision Nick completely dis-asembled our dryer, vacuuming out the dust, dirt and debri that had collected inside. He washed and dried the drum and re-attached the hose. He cleaned the entire vent hose and inside of the dryer free from lint. Electric Stove Top: a year or so ago two of the burners stopped working. We figured with the stovetop being 25 years old it had just gotten old. Nick inspected the entire system and discovered the two burners had gone out because a short had occurred and burned up where the electric chord connects to the control panel. Because of the age of our stove top he said he and his office would try and track down a replacement control panel and once they did they would reach out to let us know. I was so impressed by the honesty and hard work ED Services offered. His patience and friendliness also put me at ease. We will absolutely be calling them out again for any other appliance issues, should they arise.

    itle: Unprofessional, Deceitful, and Mocking Customer Service - Losing a 15-Year Loyal Customer…read more​I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for over 15 years, and I have always loved shopping here. However, after the toxic, unprofessional customer service I experienced two days ago regarding my delivery, I am ready to completely cancel my membership and take my business elsewhere. ​I called to request assistance with an upcoming delivery, and instead of help, I was subjected to a coordinated game of customer harassment. The initial representative was incredibly aggressive, refusing a simple callback and forcing me to wait on hold. When a man finally picked up claiming to be from "delivery," it became obvious he and the first agent were wrking together to waste my time. I was repeatedly put on hold for 5-minute increments for no reason. While waiting on the line, I actually caught them laughing together at my expense. It was deeply disrespectful and humiliating. ​To make matters worse, they flat-out lied to me. They claimed Best Buy only offers a 12-hour delivery window (7 AM to 7 PM), which is false. They then mocked me with a ridiculous "solution," claiming they would deliver my item on Monday but wouldn't haul away the old one or install the new one until Tuesday. Sure enough, my Best Buy app updated to show a standard 3 PM to 7 PM window for today, proving everything they told me was a fabricated lie just to mess with me. ​It is heartbreaking that 15 years of loyalty means nothing to this team. They played games with my time, lied about company policy, and literally laughed at a customer on the phone. A corporate supervisor needs to investigate who was on the phones immediately. Until this is resolved, I am taking a complete break from shopping at Best Buy.
