    Pretty good Home Depot, though in general I am not a fan of the big box hardware stores. But this lovation might have changed my opinion about some of that. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every department that I visited, including the Garden area, the Seasonal area, the Light Bulb area, and the Flooring area. It was a very pleasant visit, which is not always the case when one visits the local hardware store.

    I placed a "pick-up" order for new shelves and when I arrived the transaction went seamlessly. I needed to find brackets, screws and anchors for the shelving project. Ed swooped in and really guided me through the process. He was genuine and gave me several tips to making the project easier. Thank you!

    You may OCCASIONALLY find what you need here if it's a common item, but this is my 4th or 5th project in 6 months and the people working here NEVER seem to know what I'm asking for or what they're talking about in response. Last time, I even had to go back and try to re-pick out items somebody "helped" me find, and eventually just said f*** it and went down the hwy to Lowe's even though this place is walking distance from my home!! Im finally posting this cause I called this morning and asked for a dowel/barrel nut (see photo) and the guy literally said, "I have no idea what you're talking about". Now I do my research on every project so I know EXACTLY what I'm looking for (maybe not the exact size) but who memorizes all those?? I always give them as much detail as my brain can muster and they still NEVER come up with a solution to my issues, even in person they'll say "we can't help you". PLEASE SAVE TIME AND STRESS AND GO TO LOWES!!!!! They have a military discount as well and I've never had to double back because the customer service is out of this world, compared to this crappy Home Depot. I have learned my lesson for sure!

I collected the chlorine from the front desk and made a separate purchase for the seasonings. I didn't use the seasonings until this weekend when I fired up my smoker. It was then that I noticed the "best by" date was from May 2023. While I understand that a "best by" date is just a guideline, two years past that date is quite excessive. I called the store to request an exchange but was told "NO" due to their 30-day policy, which I understand. However, the "manager" repeatedly informed me that seasonings don't expire; they just lose their smell, potency, and flavor. He emphasized multiple times that they were not "expired." Having cooked for over 20 years, I know what happens to seasonings past their prime. When they lose their intended qualities, I typically discard them as they no longer serve their purpose. So, I ask you this: What do you buy seasonings for? The smell? The flavor? The potency? All of these attributes diminish over time. The fact that this store sells products with dates from two years ago is quite concerning. Since the manager offered no assistance, I will be leaving reviews to inform the public that this location sells outdated products and is inflexible with their "policy."

Explained cleaning and what they do as they own the smoker I got. We had to order and I knew exactly when the order needed to be in, when the store would receive it and what day was pick up. It was ready a day ahead of what they said. We got there about 5 min prior to closing but were so nice waiting til the truck arrived to load it (SIL was getting off work and rushing over). Even though it was after closing they loaded it and I never heard a harsh remark or saw a roll of eyes. Definitely will always see if I can buy from them as needed.

It required two passes to achieve the same cut quality as my old gas-powered mower. Additionally, the self-propelled feature felt clunky and was difficult to maneuver, making the mowing experience more cumbersome than convenient. I was hoping to make the switch away from gas and oil for conveince and environmental reasons, but unfortunately, this unit doesn't meet my needs. I've decided to return to using my old reliable gas mower for now. Now for Ace, I tried to return the mower after using it for 30-minutes and cleaning it up. I was told because I used it, they would not take it back. Off to Ace corporate to see if they can help!

    On January 29, 2026 our very old Maytag needed service so instead of putting more money into the…read moreolder machine we decided to purchase a new one. We went to Lowes who we always preferred to purchase from and spoke with them about different Washer/Dryer units to replace the old ones. We decided on a Euro style washer/dryer combo which saves us space. It was almost President's Day so we were going to wait to see if they would go on sale, but Ryan the sales rep told us that under their 30 day price guarantee, if the unit were to drop in price or someone has it for less they would credit us the difference. So we purchased it and found it $103 less expensive somwhere else and notified Ryan sending him the link to the lower priced unit. He promised he would make sure we received the price match and said he would change the price of our unit to the lower price which would save us on tax. That never happened. I did find an Oncor Electric offer for $100 total if we purchased an energy efficient washer and dryer and was provided a letter from Oncor and Lowes customer service did give us 2 $50.00 credits representing the washer and the dryer credits. I had to do not one but 2 disputes about the price match before finally they applied not the price match but the $100 drop in their pricing and they did not apply the credit as a drop in our purchase price which would have saved us tax as promised so I am out a lot because they refused to keep their word and honor their Price Match Guarantee PROMISE. I doubt seriously that we will trust them on large purchases again unless they are willing to make this right AS PROMISED.
