Great service from the cashier and they had everything I needed. A little slow getting service for the propane but I would still return.

The WORST Company I've Ever Dealt With! Their name truly…read moresays it all -- I should have known better. I ordered a shotgun back in August, and after months of excuses, ignored calls, and unanswered emails, I had no choice but to involve my bank to issue a chargeback. They kept claiming for nearly three months that the gun was being "engraved" and wasn't ready, but nothing ever happened. They never answer the phone or return voicemails, and from what I've read, this seems to be a pattern -- when customers ask for a refund or try to cancel, they only offer a store credit. What a joke! This is by far the most irresponsible and unreliable company I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and avoid them completely. Go with a reputable dealer who actually values their customers. At the rate they're going, I wouldn't be surprised if they end up out of business soon.

The reason that all the negative complaints involve very long delays, is because this owner wanted to buy some items from me, one being a Colt M16A1 stripped upper receiver, but he has no money to buy anything. So he advertised the two items from the pictures I sent and then was trying to get a large amount of orders before he even bought anything. In other words he was selling something he did not own, or have in stock. After two weeks of trying to get him to send the money so I could ship the items which he had already sold to you, his customers, he still would not respond so I sold the items to someone else. Then he begged me to send some so he would not have so many complaints. But I refused as he seems rather shady. It is amazing that he would sell something he doesn't have, then not even buy them until over 3 weeks after his email blasts went out, everyday. I was thinking, he must have some very unhappy customers. He had no right to string me along for three weeks, and after I tried to get him on the phone multiple times I just sold them to another online retailer. I don't see why anyone should order from someone when they probably don't really have it. He told me he doesn't buy anything unless it is already sold. How can you operate a business like that? But he overloads the customer base with email blasts and then tries to find the product. Terrible business model, and very frustrating for the customer. Unless you can go there and see the item, you really should just assume that they don't really have it, regardless of what they tell you. To me its borderline fraud. Good luck and best regards, Paragon Sales Inc

I think if you are a senior citizen, this is definitely not for you. Also everything runs off of cash mostly, no credit or debit cards. We had a 2 night reservation and had to just leave early day 2. We just forged our payment. Would not go there again. The lady in the office was pleasant and in the air boat office was also pleasant!

Ever wonder where the quintessential southern campsites are located, look no further than Camp Mack…read more- this is where the piney woods meets up with the Florida swampland. You ain't never experienced old Florida charm until you been here, the land of airboats and alligators, a place where the mosquitoes swarm at dusk and the screeching wildlife will wake you before dawn. Ahhh this is the life I love, a place where the internet struggles to connect you with the real world, the only agenda here is rest and relaxation, a place where chores are something you'll look forward to, most consist of filling the yeti with ice and can beer and visiting your neighbors on your golf cart or 4 x 4 ranger. There are no strangers here it seems everybody shares the same mindset. I spent five days here and I didn't want to leave when it came time to break camp. This place is known for its fishing and believe me they are plentiful, it's a simple recipe - catch / clean / fry. I like beer but I'm not a beer drinker I prefer vodka so I stocked up before arriving, finding beer is easy if you like the hard stuff it's a trip to town I'm guessing it at least thirty miles round trip and leaving the camp will break the vibe and there's no reason to do that if you prepare. There are no typical days here every is different but everyday is the same in the sense that you own one hundred percent of your time while you're here, it's a place you can turn your phone off and disconnect for awhile and forget anything else exist - I know I don't do that enough but I do know this is the kind of life we should be addicted too. Okay okay I'll review the place instead of the lifestyle that seems to be the norm here. Things to do: cross the street and you're in a beautiful State Park, find a shady spot down at the boat ramp and watch one of the best shows on earth there seems to be an endless number of unique water crafts being launch or being pulled from the water (airboats, bass boats, skiffs, pontoon boats, jon-boats, etc) I say with the utmost respect this place is like the redneck yacht club where everyone seems to have a buzz e.g people ride in the boats while it's still on the trailer going down the road - yes they are creeping along but it's still fricking awesome. I recommend you leave any pretentious behavior at home and pay attention to the dress code it's very easy to look out of place here - acceptable clothing includes - anything camouflage, women should have a few pairs of short shorts and a ragged pair of cowboy boots and any kind of top you can tie in the front, men shirts are optional but a stained tank top and a pair of Tevas gets you status. After the sunsets fire pit sitting beer drinking attire rules can I get a little yeehaw repeat day two and day three and so on and so on. Other highlights include a visit to the outpost store lots of beer and snacks, a indoor fish cleaning area and a bait shop, a outdoor projection screen, community fire pit, you can rent bicycles and pontoon boats or take a swamp tour on an airboat. They occasionally have live music which I hear is pretty amazing with an outdoor food court and beer for sale. The campsites are large and plentiful with full hookups with concrete or paver pads, they offer up to 50 amps, water and sewer all included unless you're planning on staying awhile then you pay for utilities. There are a few bars and restaurants, maybe restaurants is a stretch but you can buy food on property. There's a lodge onsite if you don't have a camper and still want to experience this unique venue. Theres lots more I don't think it's possible to take it all in at least not in the five days I spent here - I believe having a good cup of hot coffee at sunrise sitting in your favorite chair is nirvana, having a cocktail at sunset in the same chair by the fire pit will rejuvenate you, there's nothing wrong with freeing your soul once in awhile...

This family-owned business consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear, men's and women's clothing, and an impressive variety of shoes for hiking, running, walking, and more. I have not been there yet, but I can tell you that they have a lot of name brands, highly discounted, and right now the Hoka Speed Goat 5s are on sale for an awesome price. A special shoutout to Rambo, a very knowledgeable young man and an Eagle Scout, who went out of his way to help me find the perfect hiking shoes. I was torn between the Hoka Speed Goats and Topos, but thanks to Rambo's expertise, I ultimately chose the Topos. They even brought several pairs of the Hokas over from their outlet location to the main store for me to make a decision, which was amazing. I highly recommend Travel Country for all your outdoor needs!

The next day, this business shipped my package. Three days later, UPS delivered the package to my home. I really like the style, color, and quality of the jacket, and I look forward to wearing it. This is a review for their archery department…read more I decided recently that I wanted to get back into archery (which for me means traditional target shooting with a recurve bow). After receiving terrible service at a local shop in Gainesville, my boyfriend (who was buying this for me as a birthday present) and I came here. Upon walking into that section they really only have compound bows for bowhunting on display and some very expensive all wood recurves hanging behind the counter. There were plenty of people behind the counter though, and one man asked if we needed any help. We told him what we were looking for and that I was a novice archer who had last shot about 6 years ago. He promptly pulled a box out from underneath the counter, told us the price and asked if it was in our range. We said yes and he began putting it together for us. After he had put it together and showed me how it was done, he had me draw it. I said it was fine and more than I shot in High School, which is what I'm looking for since my archery teacher was always pushing me to try a stronger resistance. He then showed me a product called a "whisker biscuit" (I know, sounds lewd right?), which is basically a special attachment to help with nocking the arrow. It holds the arrow in place, meaning it won't fall out mid-release...which I agree is a good idea to have for a novice...especially since this has happened to me! So he attached that on for us. I asked him about a sight and he led us over to where they sell them and selected one to recommend at my re quest of a reasonably priced one. He picked one out and I looked at it, and really liked it! Fiber optic sight with several different pins to mark different distances so there is no need for adjustment once you set them. After attaching everything we had picked out he asked if we need it taken back apart and we did so he obliged. He let us know there was a sale on some arrows and we picked them up as well; he cut them to the proper size and then we were ready to check out! I know it kind of sounds like he was trying to upsell me on a lot of things, but he did listen to our concerns about price and we knew exactly what we were buying. When recommending a product he told us exactly what it was and why it was a good idea, but never said it was a necessity. At any time we could have requested something cheaper or different and I'm sure he would have obliged us with no problem. Great experience, excellent service. Will definitely come back if I need anything. I'm just sad they're in Orlando and not Gainesville :(

In a recent time I finally decided I would invest in som hiking shoes, so it was really nice to have help from an employee when I chose several pairs, and then she brought out and extra pair that she said are more comfortable, and well I ended up purchasing that extra pair, thanks to her thoughtfulness. They have just about everything you need here for your backpacking, camping or hiking trip. But it can certainly get spendy. It's all the super high quality brands here so the price does not budge. There's a few sales here and there but that's why I wouldn't shop here so often. But once in a while it's nice and even to get inspiration for outdoors adventures. Something else cool about REI is they offer classes to members & nonmembers to teach you about backpacking, survival tips, and how to prepare for certain trips.
