But after years of running around town, we have found that the Lutz offerings have a quality appeal and season longevity that is unmatched. It's great to find this kind of dedication to detail that stands above the others. We wouldn't buy a car from a furniture store or have a shower installed by a window company, we wouldn't buy our summer flowers and hanging baskets for our home from a hardware store either..!

And driving through Lowelville, and Giant Eagle in Poland, did a Google, and saw Kushner's was very close to our location. Went there, it was after 4pm on a weekday. Was suprised they were even open. Got GREAT personal service, the flowers we got had just been trimmed out. The garden spade and other tools I bought were great quality and very inexpensive. I will be back to buy more plants, and garden type stuff. They have solar lights, trelisses, fountains and pond care accessories. I very strongly reccomend anyone shop here for any gardening needs. And they have more than just plants. Landscaping material, stones bricks statues patio furniture etc. and prices on most items that beat walmart easily. Add in the quality of what they sell, and the honest interest the staff shows for the customer, and you have a place that is exactly what I want when doing something as important as buying plants and landscaping materials for the house, or for your apartment patio or deck. All price ranges for every pocketbook or need.

DO NOT use Elliotts's Garden Center if you value your money, don't want your order messed up, and don't want an attitude when they screw up your order. Recently, we used Elliott's Garden Center in Boardman, OH to order supplies for our yard including mulch, sand, grass seed, and soil in the amount of $700. We had planned on spending even more money with them, but, not anymore! We have been loyal Elliott's Customers for over 10 years...until today. Here are the issues we faced: 1) We ordered limestone crushed sand earlier this week. Our landscaping guy, Joe, confirmed the correct sand that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. Playground sand was incorrectly delivered. After speaking with Kim in Customer Service, Joe was told he was going to be charged if the driver had to come back out to fix Elliott's mistake. Joe had to pay $100 to pick up the incorrect sand which Elliott's later did pick up. 2) We ordered black mulch to be delivered Fri morning. The delivery driver called me to ask where the mulch should be delivered. I was not available via phone. I accept responsibility for not being available. However, while I should have told them exactly where I wanted the mulch, it would have also been helpful if they asked. It did not help that the driver had poor common sense. He left the mulch blocking our garage door so we could not get into or out of our driveway. We have a large circular driveway where the driver could have left the rest of the mulch and it would have not blocked entry to our garage. Further, he had been to our house several times earlier that week and had seen where we have several piles of other materials like sand and soil. Don't block people's drive ways where they have to park if you can help it...not a hard concept. When I called Kim, the Elliott's Customer Service Manager, she was rude to my wife and told us Elliott's does not want our business. They made mistakes several times. Businesses like Elliott's need to be held accountable. Do not use them unless you want errors and attitude! They are not doing you a service by taking your business. We had slow failures of our old kitchen appliances. Went to Alliance store found exactly what we…read morewanted pretty fast. We picked up a stove and dish washer. Brought home. Was in the process of hooking up the water line on the dishwasher and noticed the fridge wasn't running. Just a buzz and a click every few min. Opened the freezer and the stuff in the door was cold but not frozen. Back to grove ! Found a great French door unit and had them deliver it. In a couple days the delivery guys were here. They were great ! Took the old doors off the dead one and had it loaded in no time. Brought the new one in and set it up and showed me all the features! We had ice in couple hours. It's been several weeks and every thing is working amazing! Zane Kreidler was very helpful. But the entire staff including the delivery guys are great! Selection is great and prices are amazing!

Any questions or concerns I had went through a 3rd party vender, not Grove appliance. I didn't find this out until I questioned the "service" department at Grove appliance. The parts were ordered by the technician but I didn't know what they were, I wasn't told. The parts I found out later were being delivered to my house. So I didn't know what to expect or inspect to see if they were ok. I would've thought the service department at Grove Appliance would've handled it all. Then there were all the texts from 3rd party vender,then Grove Appliance, then a survey, then another survey. Things did not have to be that complicated. Really THEY DON'T. So to sum it up. The service guy was GREAT. The process is crazy.
