Told me not to use a vacuum with a brush on hard floors and that stick vacuums (Shark, etc.) would not last long picking up things like bird seed. Recommended a canister unit. I bought one from them at a very reasonable price and it works like a charm. (He wasn't even trying to sell me the unit.) The cost of the new unit was very decent, but the advice was priceless. I would take any unit to them....but they are moving from Twinsburg sometime soon, to a new location, yet to be determined. This is a very decent mom & pop business.

I drove all the way back to return it, and he insisted that it was the right one and that "I had to be confused" (said in a very condescending tone). He did not back down in saying that I didn't know what I was talking about, I must have forgotten what color it was, and again, that I was confused. So I left and now have someone else's vacuum! Would not go back to this place - ever!

I received a call back Monday at 8 a.m. Rick came out Wednesday on time at 8 a.m. I had received a text the night before confirming the appointment, and a text that morning that the tech was on his way. I like that! Rick diagnosed the problem, he ordered the parts, and I paid the service fee by check. Following the same procedure, he and Mike arrived at 8 a.m. the next Monday and installed the parts. Then they checked the circuit board. Nothing. Rick gave me a price for the board, including the parts he had just installed. I decided for that cost I could buy a new washer. The techs were very kind, agreeing, and charged me only for the service, which I'd already paid. They did remove the new parts to return. Note to self: If the washer is so off balanced that it "walks" several inches, get it checked out now. That rattling/walking can loosen other parts.

I bought a phone on Saturday and changed carriers from AT&T to Verizon. I was having issues with…read morereceiving text messages and emails. I called Verizon and they said the set up was incomplete and they needed the AT&T transfer PIN. I went to the AT&T store, and was on hold and on the phone with AT&T for over 40 minutes. Finally, they said they couldn't help me. UGH! SO.... I went to Best Buy, where I bought the phone, and was really angry by that time. Michael was awesome. He calmed me down from actually wanting to be THAT woman, and he was so patient. He called both Verizon and AT&T, and between all 3 of them, my phone is up and running again. I really appreciated Michael's kindness and calm attitude. He's definitely an asset to this location. Thank you.

I came in with the intention of purchasing a 55" tv or larger. I roamed the tv aisles/section for…read moreprobably 8 minutes or so, casually walking by a store rep and what appeared to be someone of higher importance troubleshooting something, MULTIPLE times, without being acknowledged. Already perturbed, I stood for another couple of minutes appearing to need help within eyeshot of both of the men. They started to walk away when the "senior" gentleman finally acknowledged me. He sent a rep over to me. I explained I wanted 55 or 65 inch tv preferably Samsung or LG, QLED tech, and open box if possible. He took me over and without asking any more questions showed me an OLED. Far outside what I anticipated paying, when there are clearly other 55" QLED options. When I asked him about the Samsung 55" QLED in the back of the stack of open box TVs, I was told that it wasn't a good tv. I'm no expert but I certainly would want to know if my people were going straight to "not a good tv" rather than "what do you like about that one?" The man also could not get to his water bottle quick enough. Sipped on it during the experience. I asked a few more questions to give him another shot but he also disparaged other TVs. I couldn't leave fast enough. I did not get any of their names but this was around noon today. I LOVE shopping for toys like that, but this experience was not how you please your customers and get them to come back.
