The Home Depot has never failed me. They have had everything I have needed (even items their competitor doesn't carry). Customer service is great and they are always available to provide advice or help me locate something that isn't easily found. I have noticed that I need to pay attention to their prices on certain items and I have taken advantage of their price match policy. I am also pleased they offer a military discount - every little bit helps when trying to save money. I will not hesitate to return to this particular store. read more

I actually stumped a guy who didn't know where laundry line was. But he said he was new. But the guy training him knew just where it was. I picked up a retractable laundry line, clothes pins and another guy help me find a belt pouch for the clothes line. All in all a good visit to Home Depot. read more

I started at Lowe's today looking for a shed. I was given the run around by three people who had no idea how to answer questions I had. I finally had given up, and decided to try Home Depot. This was where I should have started my shed journey. The employees here didn't just keep passing me around, the found me the people to help me. The customer service here is HORID!!!!! They estimate jobs getting done and are WEEKS behind on getting them done. I was told I would have my blinds installed two weeks ago. I'm STILL sitting in in a house with no blinds! I have called 8 times to resolve this and I keep being told they will look into what the hold up is and I'll be given a call back. IF someone calls me back I have to explain myself All over again. Also,the instal company never even called me to schedule when they would be coming,I had to go in store and ask someone and there was a date in the system but I had never received a call? Luckily I checked into it otherwise they would have shown up and I wouldn't have even been at the house. So frustrating! If you need installation done,at least in blinds,I would suggest going someplace where the company puts their customers first. Not here! read more

yesterday, I went and try to exchange the plant I bought its supposed to be guaranteed up to one year. will they says nothing they can do because I couldn't find my receipts, ok fine considering I spent too much money on the store, I have my kitchen done, bathroom and all the merchandise was order from them. Today 1/29/19 I come back to buy a paint, I ask the man to help me in then open the cabinet, he was so irritated, he came open it says get what you need stand up their got his arm closed together, I ask more question what he can recommend he doesn't even look at me, just standing and told me to look. I should give them a 0 review for their attitude, the cashiers to, you have to bag your own merchandise they don't even offer, customer service is out the door for this big company. read more

If I could give minus stars it would -100. I am writing this review for my 81 year old father who is a veteran and who Home Depot has blown off at every level. He purchased a kitchen appliance combo, frig, dish washer, microwave and stove. at purchase he was told due to corona virus the frig would take a few weeks and then a few weeks later the rest would come. He understood and waited until he was contacted by the delivery people and they told him it would be there the next day between 11am and 3pm. He asked me to come over to help move out the old frig and clean everything up. So I took off work to do so. Nobody ever came that day. My mother called the next day and waited 45min on the phone and they promised it would be in delivered in a few days. So they waited and got a call from the delivery people again and were told to 11am to 3pm again. This now has happened 8 times. We have gone to the Temecula location where this was purchased 4 times, spoken to the appliance people, several assistant managers and they ALL say they can not help and it is not their fault. I have called trying to get the district managers number or some body higher up, I was told her name is Lisa by one of the managers at the temecula store and have been denied by all management staff at the location and on the 1-800 # I spoke finally to somebody called an escalation manager Deborah on the phone who assured me she would look into this, this was the Thursday prior to Thanksgiving 11-19-20. Today is 12-1-20 and still have not gotten a call or email from her for even an update. Last Tuesday 11-24-20 the rest of the appliances came in and the delivery man had a slip saying the frig should have been on the truck...obviously it was not. Finally my 81 year old dad wend back into the store yesterday 11-30-20 demanded to see the store manager....he was not there (conveniently) and an assistant manager..... the 3 one to hear his complaint called and said that in the inland Empire there are more than 800 of the exact friges he ordered at the warehouse but they can not locate the number of His exact frig. My father said give me any one of the 800 + others and they said they could not. So I am writing this in the hopes somebody at HD will wake up..... My father is currently meeting with a lawyer as I type this in the hopes some sort of restitution can be made. I just can not say how beyond let down my family feels by Home Depot. What a way to treat a vet, senior and loyal customer. We are in the Temecula store at least 4 times a week and have been since it opened. Not any more... Lowes is now our go to place. read more

The home depot on Temecula pkwy is very busy, and has become a lil more customer friendly but now that they built businesses around them has very little parking around them so they use HD parking, which makes it hard to park there aside from that it is convenient to go there from Redhawk area....i wish they could fix this, but now they can't...... when I have a job close by and want to go get materials quick they are not fast to help me.....I sometimes will just go to Ace Hardware so I don't deal with parking read more

It's Home Depot, what do you expect? Every Home Depot is the same. It must be the corporate culture of this chain. The store is under staffed and they must do something to the "associates" to make them not care about the customers or the job they are doing. Telephone this store and no one will answer, or if they do you will be transferred to someone who isn't there. Every Home Depot I have ever been in has been this way. They just don't care........ It's all about making the share holders money. Once I saw a box of 100 washers for almost $6.00. At Hanks the same thing was $1.90. Every once in a while when you walk in an "associate" will be right there with a, "can I help you", and it will be this way all over the store. I'm thinking a management team has just been there giving some sort of pep talk. Then in a couple of days it's back to having to chase a sales person down as they run away from you down the isle. I'm very dissatisfied. Bought a washer and dryer. The delivery man said I had 48 hours to return it if there was a problem. They were delivered on Wednesday and I went back to the store on Friday and was told that it was over 48 hours really. I told them the washer is defective. They told me I would have to return the washer myself since they don't pick up anything just deliver. I would have to pay a restocking fee and I wouldn't get my money back for 72 hours. I would have to hire someone to return the washer. I need to select a rating to get this posted. Never again read more

DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT FOR FLOORING OR CABINETS!!! Long time Home Depot user, but first time using them for the flooring and cabinets for a 500 s.f. casita. Sales folks are great and will assist you and help make decisions. Once you sign the paperwork and it goes to their vendors, LOOK OUT! Your schedule is their schedule. Forget that other subs are on a time frame. They won't schedule installation of cabinets until they arrive and have been inspected. Could be another 3 weeks! Vinyl flooring was in stock, but vendor says installation in another 6 weeks!! I will never use these "services" again! read more

This is mostly for the garden department of this Home Depot. Just recently had my backyard done and thought I would buy some flowers to go in the planters from this garden center, well, I planted them in good planter mix and had good water to them but within a week they were wilting and spotted. I've bought plants before and had a good experience so maybe it was just a bad batch. read more

Purchased a new Washer and Dryer at a good deal. It was scheduled and delivered by two guys (Mike & Warren) who work for CEVA Logistics. They did a great job installing the units and making sure everything was working. Would definitely purchase from Home Depot and have a delivery from CEVA Logistics again. read more

I use to think that Home Depot was THE store to go to. I moved to the back country and wanted to get a fence put up so of course I went to home depot. I was told they had a company I could use my credit card even and that was great!!! I was sent a link via email and told to click on that if this (third party company H&H in Temecula) if I didn't hear from them within 48 hours. I waited with happiness being so excited about our new fence. I didn't ever hear from H&H Builders that they sent me to and when I clicked on the link my request had been dropped. I called H&H and they told me they didn't service my area when I told them that Home Depot told me that they were the company they sent me to they didn't seem to care and told me again we don't service that area. I called Home Depot and got the biggest run around I have ever gotten from any company!! I was directed to the manager for the day and was assured that I would be contacted by cooperate. I was not ever contacted. My husband went into the store got the same promise of contact by a contractor....which happened to be yet again H&H!! My husband returned to the store and was ASSURED the matter would be looked into and someone would be contacting us about our fence within 2 days. NOTHING EVER!! So Home Depot has lost out with me and my credit card. I now buy all my supplies from Lowes and they will come to where I live and do the fence!!!! Appliance department here is the worst! I purchased a washer and dryer here. The salesman failed to tell me that a plumber had to install the pan underneath the washer. All he mentioned when I asked about the pan is "oh yeah we sell 'em". When I inquired about the hoses he didn't mention it would make the dryer stick out more than one foot from the wall. The installer wasn't that much better. He left and forgot to mention I can't open the door to the dryer because it sticks out so far from the wall. When I went in person because I was on hold more then 20 minutes on two separate occasions the salesman told me they couldn't rectify the situation. They would not pick them up and there is a 15% re-stocking fee! The store manager was made aware that the salesman didn't mention the installation by the plumber so he only agreed to pick them up....still waiting on the call with pick up date. Ok....well I guess I won't be remodeling my new home with purchases from Home Depot! read more

I make many visits to Home Depot. They almost always have what I am looking for. The store is always well organized and there's plenty in stock. The store is always clean as well. As with many of visits i make it's difficult to find someone to help me find a item or answer questions. This time it took a little while to find someone to help me. If you're a veteran and a member of the American Legion, don't bother trying to get the veteran's discount when using your card. They will not accept it because you don't have a picture on it. Even if it's the same name and you show them your drivers license with picture, they will not accept it. American Legion are not issuing cards with pictures yet. I guess according to Home Depot, you don't qualify to be a veteran even if you did serve your country. Time to think about shopping elsewhere, where you'll be more appreciated. read more

Never will I go back. Check your receipts . They double charged me for parts I didn't even have. I bought a jacuzzi bathtub and they told me I had to go to will call to pick it up and they told me its not here you have it. Wow really. So went back to the cash register it wasn't their department so they sent us back to well call customer service . I spent 3 hours in the store looking for fixtures because by the time they found it they were out , then I had to look for a new one and they were out of that one too , I was told that custom order it factored in the bathtub today that's not happening . I spent over 1000 $ yesterday and was treated with that's not my department, or people in the department read the boxes that took another 30 min because they're not knowledgeable on the product . the 5 people I was with could not stand being in that store 1 minute longer being the rude short temper, NOT knowledgeable, most staff did not want to do their job they would send us to someone else . It was so bad. We were there from around 1pm to 3pm Jan 26. Around 3 the kid on cash register was busy on cell phone ... the lady on the bathtub ole blond hair just tell her to leave, she does not listen regarding the fact we needed the bathtub done today, but she wants us to custom order a tub which will take another 4 weeks . hello, then the two gentlemen down that faucet section kept telling me they were out and/ or can't find it the faucets selection we chose . I can't believe how bad this was. It's to bad because ive been a faithful customer for well over 12 years . It was so stressful., the employees . I love going to Home Depot to pick up something for a quick fix in my home or for a project. However, I'm not a fan of being flowed and harassed by the salespeople they let roam around telling you how your home needs new windows, solar panels, etc. it can get really obnoxious because a simple "No thanks" is never enough to keep these leeches away. I live in Fallbrook, as do my neighbors. They purchased $11,000.00 in new kitchen cabinets. So far so good. When the truck delivered the cabinets. There was a driver and a second person there to off load the merchandise. Here is where it goes bad.. The driver did not have the skills to turn the truck around so he used my driveway to make the attempt.he drove up my driveway to try and make a three point turn around. He almost hit my house, and propane tank. He then attempted to back down. Driving off the concrete driveway numerous times crushing (both sides of the driveway) a hedge on both sides, to include crushing my solar lights on both sides. After finally getting the truck in the right direction. They neither acknowledged the damage to my neighbors (neighbors saw all of this happening) and proceeded to drive away. Clear case of property damage, and hit and run. I was not at my residence at the time of the incident. I was told that neither of these gentlemen spoke any english. I have a copy of the bill of lading, complete with carrier name: OAAA Packing and Shipping, The trailer number of the delivery truck is:5370. I called the carrier's number and they said they would talk to the driver and call me back, I called no less than (5) times and they would not answer. Ultimately Home Depot is responsible for this damage to my property since they hired this 3rd party to make the delivery. I am also contacting American Woodmark Corp, in Kingman AZ. read more
