So here's the deal. If you want advice ask anyone over the age of forty at the pro desk especially if they have a beard or mustache. There is one lady there that doesn't have facial hair that is also pretty good as well. It never hurts to ask other customers. If they have well worn and stained work pants with a measuring tape on their belt they just might have the answers you seek. Don't park in the covered loading area if you aren't getting something big and/or heavy. If you park there and are just running in to get a box of screws or look at light fixtures you are a vile selfish piece of dried dung harvested off the stinky purple center of a baboon's ass. If you are scared to let a single drop of rain land upon your precious little noggin then please move out of western Washington. Go to southern California were the rain is scarce and jerks like you are abundant. One other thing to make note of is the lack of exhaust in the men's restroom. I was at the Tumwater Home Depot one day and I could smell the stench all the way down the lumber aisle. It's incredibly ironic that in a store filled with stuff like oh I don't know........exhaust fans, exhaust ducting, electrical supplies, and contractors.......... I can smell someones #2 all down aisle #18. Listen, it's a big corporate box store with all the problems that come with that. The trade off is the selection and sometimes the prices compared to a smaller local hardware store. It is what it is. 3 stars A-MFing OK.

I read the reviews about this saw before buying and saw the warnings about saws purchased being rejected by Ridgid under false claims that "when cross referenced they can't find my saws number". I thought maybe those guys just messed up the very simple registration process some how. But nope, it's a scam. I did everything flawlessly and received the same email. They are selling tools they don't back.

Lady in Green! No visible name tag and scary!

They just rolled it into my garage. My warehouse is directly across the street from my house, on the same route back to their shop. I offered to grab a piece of paper, write and sign a waiver releasing them of any liability, and even offered one hundred dollars for the quick drop off. The crew told me it was an insurance issue, but when I spoke to the owner, he said it was not insurance. It was simply policy. He was matter of fact and showed no interest in helping or even listening. They were perfectly willing to take my old refrigerator six miles away to their warehouse and deal with it there, but when it came to dropping it off at my warehouse, right across the street from my house and directly on their route, suddenly it was a problem. I tried to reason with the owner, explaining how simple it would be, but he just was not hearing me. I was the last delivery of the day, and it would have taken no more than two minutes. We spent more time standing there talking about it than it would have taken to make it happen. So instead, they left it sitting in my garage, where it has stayed ever since. Every time I open that middle garage door and see it sitting there, I am reminded that it could have been in my warehouse where it belongs. It takes up space and serves as a daily reminder of how this business handled a simple, reasonable request. That decision cost them the sale of the oven and microwave I bought elsewhere, and probably more through word of mouth. They lost a loyal customer, and for what? Two minutes of time. It is his business, and he can run it how he wants. I respect that. But common sense went right out the window. This was never about insurance. It was about policy and a lack of flexibility. The owner's public response did nothing to change that impression. I am keeping this at one star because his reply only confirmed my experience. Instead of owning the situation or acknowledging what really happened, he repeated an inaccurate story that does not reflect the facts. That response alone speaks volumes about how this business handles customer feedback. Sometimes the coldest thing in the room is not the refrigerator.
