I went there about 15 minutes before closing, and they got out a micrometer to check the size of the part I needed. The brought out the exact size O-Ring I needed, with two different options, one which was about the same size, and one that was slightly oversized. This is exactly what I needed. They had friendly and helpful customer service, even when I was just there for a single gasket for my purpose.

We sipped various brews and discussed taste profiles, hops, grains - you name it! The guys were so laid back and friendly and answered all of my asanine questions. I bought a home brewing kit and can't wait to get started, even if my first batch turns out looking like the gruel they ate on the ship in The Matrix. I was pleasantly surprised and way overspent my budget Prices are cheaper than Amazon on many things and only SLIGHTLY higher on other items. I could have gotten my mini auto siphon for the same price. Bottle wands are the same price. Bungs are a little over $1 each and airlocks are $1.50, so cheaper than Amazon unless buying in bulk. In fact everything is pretty close to Amazon, and in the case of glassware- cheaper. (and safer.) The 1gal jars I use for kombucha are under $7 each. Making a case $28. I paid $20 on Amazon for 2 booch jars. Glass 1gal carboys are also just under $7. You have to buy a growler cap for them separately. Or just get a universal bung. They have cheesemaking supplies, kombucha and kefir cultures plus all the right parts for getting those things fermenting right. I might've found my new favorite place.

He is filling new orders while letting older unfulfilled orders pile up and he is scambling changing the name of his company to avoid the bad reviews but if you look closely you will see his connections so you can avoid getting wrapped up in his psychotic business model that supports him and only him. His dad makes beautiful Stillz.com but Jon cannot live up to his dads expectations or level of craftsmanship so Jon has crapsmanship at best. So, maybe put that on one of the signs? Usually the bar is seat yourself but when there are multiple signs as you walk up saying to speak to the host before sitting - idk I'm gonna speak to the host.
